Description
myHSA app gives you quick and easy access to your employee spending account. Through our app, you can access your account and quickly and easily snap a picture, fill out a couple fields and submit your claims for adjudication.
SUBMIT & EDIT CLAIMS
Our app works in real-time, so you can view the status of your claim at any point. You can directly respond to a note from the adjudicator or attach additional documents by quickly snapping a photo of the paper and attaching it to existing claims.
ACCOUNT ACCESS
Check your plan details, confirm your balance, edit personal information including e-mail access and bank info, and edit any pending claims as needed.
myPROVIDER
Quickly find health practitioners and service providers in your area within our app. Just type in the name of the service provider or select a category from the dropdown menu and find providers near you.

Domain Name??????
Asking for a Domain Name! What in the world!!!! You guys keep coming up with something to make life harder. It seems you will not let people access the app to make a claim hope not. The old one it's not perfect but at least I can log in.Why change something that's already working???

Domain name?
Had many difficulties logging in with previous version ("forgot my password" would not work) now this new version is asking for domain name? No idea what that is. Hopefully this gets addressed. When it works it's great, however too many bugs to rely on.

Issues saving information
I've logged in to the MyHSA website associated with my account and set up my personal information. After logging in to the app, my personal information doesn't appear to be stored and I'm not able to enter my phone number and birthdate. I'm prevented from saving my information. As well, the balance on my account when viewed from the app is NaN, but shows correctly on the website. Not sure if it's a timing issue or a problem with the app.

Outdated and insecure
The very first thing I noticed when I opened the settings tab was that my password was sitting right there in plain text in front of me. This in incredibly insecure, especially for a medical application. For one that means that my password is stored unencrypted on a server somewhere so if they ever suffer a data breach (increasingly common these days, see Target, Home Depot, Sony, etc), then my account would be simple to compromise.
Second this also means that if someone were to use my phone and open that app, they would instantly be able to get my password. That's incredibly insecure and I'll be deleting this app immediately.
I also noticed that changing the password from the app just doesn't work. You can edit it and save your changes, but the password doesn't actually change.
Further, the UI for this app is quite dated and just generally not optimized for any modern iOS device.
Garbage app. Unfortunately the website is garbage too but it's the lesser of two evils.

Trouble with receipts
This app works fine until you try and take a picture of your receipt. Best of luck after that because the orientation of the receipt on screen is totally different to what you are pointing the camera at. Very challenging to attach a receipt because of that.
