First off, the app won’t let you create an account, then you can’t order anything without an account. And if you do finally manage to create an account and you can’t sign in without agreeing to share all your info. Nothing but a complete pain. No thanks!

Doesn’t work
This app has not worked for me in over 2 years. Can’t process payment. My husband and I have tried multiple cards and have had the same failure so we know it is not an issue with an individual card. I contacted corporate 2 years ago and still no fix. I would give the app 0 stars if I could.

Don’t know why or if anyone actually reads or cares to do anything. The lack of focus when it comes to issues with cold product is ridiculous. No apology, no eye contact and no acknowledgement with regards to my concerns. All critical areas when it comes to customer service. I’m guessing this location and KFC in general is struggling. With added competition in this industry you would think that proper training and follow up would be needed just to stay competitive. It’s free just to take care of your customers concerns. You must do better or become extinct.

I have never found this app to work properly. I had to delete my account and create a new one using the “sign in with google” option because it refused to let me sign in my with regular account, telling me my session had expired and to log in again every time I tried logging in.

Whenever i try to order food and gets to the payment part, the ap conveniently crashes. I had strong wifi, strong phone, this happened on both of my phones (android and ios). I eventually had to order at the physical store and it ruins the point of this app. The app regardless is always buggy and laggy, every time i add an item a pop up appears and causes screen freezes. Please fix your app, i have always loved to eat KFc

Addresses are not correct.
The app does not provide proper addresses in Edmonton and then will show the message: “ delivery is not available in this area”. I have several stores around me so I don’t know what the problem is.

Wasted far too much time trying to give these guys my money but kept getting errors and couldn’t check out / add payment without signing up. If you want to harvest data from customers at least make the app functional enough to make a purchase. No guest check out, no way to place an order without going through a broken sign up /registration flow. Deleted the app, getting Nandos instead.

One of the worst
Finally got Apple Pay and usually works. Otherwise customization is bad. Sometimes can’t even get gravy as a side. Never lets you pick their best chicken anymore so if you order with the app, you have to go in a quickly let them know what kind of chicken you want. You often have to use the app if there’s a deal or coupon. MOST FRUSTRATING: the app lets you order special limited time items and when you get there they say they don’t have the item and the app people know and let you order anyway. They don’t care about their customers and love to waste your time.AND their customer service hope to wait you out till you give up. I’ve called every couple week for the last year and they still haven’t dealt with their mistakes and horrible app…

The single worst mobile app I’ve used
This is the single worst mobile app I’ve had the displeasure of using. Instead of integrating payment it opens a browser window, which does not function correctly (or at all). I ended up giving up and swearing off KFC simply because of how insanely aggravating this app is to use. Never again.

It took me an extremely length of time to get my order placed.
Everything was fine until I get to the PLACE ORDER and absolutely nothing happens.
This has happened every time I have ordered recently and today it was 30 minutes before I finally got through the system. It appears to be a very simple procedure but once you hit the place order. Nothing happens and you wait and wait and wait and then you have to start over.
Very frustrating and I am checking on alternatives in the area.
You really need to speed this up.

This app has such a poor user experience it inspired me to come all the way back here and write this review.
You can’t view prices without creating an account
You need to create an account to do anything really
You search for your address and it shows you locations on the opposite side of the city
You search for pick up and it doesn’t transfer your address from delivery
It’s just really clunky and full of friction. Amateur level apps Whoever made the app clearly has never even tried browsing it let alone ordering.

The App is Utter Trash!
It feels like this app was intentionally designed to be bad. My dad and I went for lunch today and he wanted to use a 15 dollar coupon for two famous chicken sandwiches. The person at the drive thru said we had to submit it through the website. The website directs you to use the app which is bloody useless. And if you do finally manage to get each page to load properly, which typically didn't happen. Then the coupon for 15 dollars came out to 17 because it was putting bacon on each burger and if you removed it the app crashed.
It's like something out of a bad 90s sitcom!
