Terrible.

Probably the worse user experience I’ve ever had. No saved log in information, no Face ID, no calendar integration, no push notifications. They basically made an app of their website and called in a day. I only use this because my gym uses their platform but I’ve already told my gym they need to change. If you are a gym owner, you will lose customers if you use this app, it’s terrible.

Continuing to develop

It’s a relatively new app still being developed, so it’s basic but they seem to be releasing new features quickly. You can register for classes, see your credits, sign docs, and update your payment method - so the basics are covered!

Do not use

This app is terrible, does not allow you to integrate your schedule on your phone calendar. Often crashes and you can’t book classes. So many improvements are needed for this app I do not recommend it. Waste of time

If you are a gym owner, AVOID THIS PLATFORM!

This is by far one of the worst apps I’ve used for planning and programming for the gym. The user experience has been so incredibly frustrating- from constantly getting the ‘white screen of death’ to not having calendar syncing to the poor interface. It’s been an absolute pain to use and I will never suggest this to anyone for their gym’s use. Stick with MINDBODY.

So many problems

Constantly logs me out, crashes, sometimes just a white screen of death. Scheduling is not user friendly. No calendar integration for clients. Doesn’t retain default coach. Scheduling took me an hour on another app and 3.5 hours on this app.

Disappointing

This app is really just a web browser for their website. It doesn't do anything differently. No push notification, integration, widgets. Even URL links open within the app and block you from navigating back unless you close the app and re-open. Just use their website instead.
As a platform, it's not very good. The design and layout is mediocre. There is no calendar integrations. The design layout wastes a lot of space and doesn't present the details and schedule in a clear and simple way. They need a UI/UX designer to make improvements or just look at other apps as reference.
