I was looking for an app that not only limited screen time but incorporated mindfulness into it. This was recommended to me and it’s been exactly that.
Naze makes you pause for a moment before you jump into an app that you’ve listed - sometimes that pause is just enough to realize you didn’t need that app right now, and lets you move onto other things.
Easily the most useful app that I’ve found for trying to pull back time from social media and other apps.

Helps me not use youtube
Its designed such that it makes me think before actually committing to doom scrolling. I’ve tried deleting but then i just reinstall. The ios screen time, you just easily dismiss. Naze is better. 5 out of 5 stars no drama.
