In the Sun Times view you can see times for Golden Hour, Astronomical Twilight, Nautical Twilight and the total available daylight for any day or any location, now including azimuth angle for even more accuracy! Use the sun path visualization to pinpoint the exact sun position with just a drag of your finger.
Sun Compass
Setup the perfect shot with the Sun Compass feature, letting you find the exact sun position and angle overlayed on a map! Check out precise shadow positions cast by accurate 3D building renderings. Or use it directly on your Apple Watch when you are out on the trails to plan the perfect sunset snap.

Using our notifications, you can get more in tune with your natural circadian rhythm, which can certainly help to improve your sleeping habits.

Secure and Private:
We take your privacy seriously. All of your data is stored within the Apple Health app, where you have complete control over access. Your location data is completely optional and never leaves your device, it is only used to calculate sunrise and sunset times for your location.
Daylight Goals works best when paired with an Apple Watch running watchOS 10 or later to enable automatic Time In Daylight tracking! Time in Daylight is supported on Apple Watch Series 6 and later, Apple Watch SE second generation, and Apple Watch Ultra models.
