Description

Thunder is an open source Lemmy client for the fediverse, fully free of advertisements and trackers.
Here's a peek at what Thunder offers:
- Multi-account support: Login to all your accounts, and switch between them at ease
- Fully customizable settings: Choose your own splash of accent, customize your own gestures, and much more
- Swipe gestures: Navigate and interact with your favourite communities, posts, and comments all through customizable swipe gestures.
Thunder is still very early on in development and many more features are yet to be available!

What's New in Version 0.6.1

This latest release includes:
- Support for managing your uploaded media
- Support for importing and exporting account information, subscriptions, and blocklists
- Support for alternative link sources, additional moderator actions, and UI/UX improvements

Excellent

Highly recommend as an alternative to the constantly degrading Reddit.
When you sign up you could start with Lemmy.world or Lemm.ee or Lemmy.ca for the “Instance” field…

Consider adding a setting to move the upvote/downvote score on comments to below the comment.
There needs to be a way to collapse nested comments without having to scroll all the way up to the original comment (press and hold? Or swipe option).
It would be nice if the Settings page stays open to the last page you visited when you switch between the Settings tab and the Feed tabs.
Also for some reason, when refreshing the main page (by dragging down) the read posts don’t disappear?!? Please fix this.

Excellent Lemmy client

Lovely Material UI, quick and responsive, options for customizing, open source, etc. Love it, much better than Voyager for my use.

Great Interface and Unique Features

Thunder is the only app that has user contribution metrics.
The user interface is clean with user labels in the settings. This is one of the best Lemmy apps out there!

Wonderful app for blind users

So I went through about 10 iOS apps on the App Store to see what worked well with voiceover. Thunder is my new fave! customizable accessibility settings, fully labeled interface and easy to tell what you’ve read and voted on. My only wish is that we could have the voiceover actions in the roder.
