I enjoyed playing the game, even paid a few transactions. The scam was that they charged twice for one purchase, and when I had the double charge reversed, they blocked my game until I pay it back!
“Contact Us” gets nothing but a canned response, no interaction.

I don't like this game because it encourages you to spend money! if you don't spend you will LOSE! the 2nd thing you have to play 24 hours a day otherwise there will be another person with a level of 50level and above you will destroy yours because you are sleeping! so imagine if you invest money and someone comes and destroys everything in 5 minutes! 3rd thing crashes often and you lose track of the game!! It's really ordinary of them.

Unauthorized Credit Card Charges
The game charges your Credit Card while your a sleep. When you make a refund request thru Apple and it gets approved. The game has a “credit system” that automatically puts you in negative. This results in not allowing you to play the game.
Contacted there Customer Support they refuse to rectify the situation and demand you to pay what they initially charged you (unauthorized)in the first place.
Long story short wont be paying for something i never bought in the first place. Therefore i cant play the game.

The $6.99 add ons will give you about an 8hour advance on the game well the $139.99 will give you a 3day advance the problem greatly falls within its effect as you constantly level up
If I spent $139.99 at lvl 2 boom id be lvl 7
If I spent $139.99 at lvl 24 it just barely gets me to level 25
The goal of the game is based on micro transactions from a battle pass thats $27.99 every 7days to a vip pass (ontop of the battle pass) thats an additional $27.99 every 30days as well as plently of $6.99 purchases
After playing this game for 3 weeks straight I've somehow spent $347 on these micro transactions and I'm only #16 in my clan. Theirs more than 1 person in my clan who spend $300/day on this game progressing at extremely high rates I assume they are either hacking or rich

I made a purchase for a one time special pack at 6,99$ but I have been charge twice but not receive the pack twice. I contact the support and they told me it is my error and don’t want to refund me or give me the second pack. Well done graphically, and has a bunch of stuffs to keep it interesting at the first levels and has a lot of potential to be great The game however gets slow and boring unless you pay a lot for buildings/items to build faster. Who waits for a building to complete for 8hours at level 12 one building at a time? It’s not well balanced and does not scale well at all. Example: you need 500 gems for a parallel queuing time for 2 hours, which makes that the 500 gems can be used only once for 2 buildings at most as from level 8. Lastly, the game is a mix and match of everything, not sure if it’s a management or combat game. It’s not advertised properly. Uninstalled now.

Micro-transactions & David and Goliath
This game heavily relies on micro transactions, from the WEEKLY battle pass of $28 USD to holiday events/weekly deals up to $140 USD. Even if you invest ever so slightly, it’s only a matter of time for you to be a part of sunk-cost fallacy. As far as gameplay goes, I chose to go the free to play route. Even then, the reality of knowing how weak your troops are will be evident when people 3-4x more powerful than you/alliance attack your base. EVERY BATTLE YOU FACE IS A DAVID AND GOLIATH SCENARIO. They need to add a level/power buffer for this, it’s not particularly fun being David all the time. Btw the Goliaths alliances of my server are all Allies. (why even contest them in the city events) Good luck.
