Sideways on my mac
How do i turn it around? I got the app for my macbook and it's siceways and only part of it is in the screen. i need it turned and zoomed out!

App changes, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The app changed the way it works. At first when I clicked on a notification, it took me to the list of images (previous notifications). Now when I get a notification and click it, it goes to the main screen and I have to click the tiny little messages icon, which takes me to the live view camera. By the time I actually get to the notification image, too much time has passed. Defeating the purpose of having a security camera.
I tried contacting customer through the live chat option and it took them days to respond. When they did, they could not understand what I was saying and first claimed they did not respond sooner due to “the holidays “ and then said they were on vacation.
I am so frustrated with this product and app, I will be purchasing a new one from a different brand. This is ridiculous.
