Started off good but not anymore!

I run my own home based business (massage therapy). After trying out a number of invoice apps I decided on Express Invoice. I started using it in March 2014 and was very happy with it, until this week! After months of running smoothly it just froze up! It will no longer allow me to do anything in it! I can't enter in new clients or invoices, I can't back up the data, nothing! I tried to contact technical support and got an email saying they will respond at some time but only clients with paid technical support get priority! So I'm stuck! No help to fix the problem and no way to continue to use the app! I'm going to have to delete it and start over. I fear that I will have no way to accurately updating my past invoices in a new invoice program since I was unable to back up the information from this app! Truly frustrated!
