Then what?
There is no indication that you are “Done” or how to finish off. I have no confirmation that my message was saved and/or sent correctly. Very amateurish design.

This is literally the worst app I have ever used. This is the only way to book an appointment at the clinic I go to and it took me 40 tries to login without it crashing. I honestly think it would’ve been easier to get a medical degree and diagnose myself than to try and book one appointment.

“An error occurred” and reloads dashboard continuously

App used to work well. Now even after deleting and reinstalling, I enter my username and password, then I see a glimpse of the dashboard before it says “Session error occurred. Dashboard reloaded.” It does this repeatedly, about once per second, rendering the app totally useless.

I am blind so I require voiceover, when opening the app the keyboard does not come up for signing in or signing up. I see that others have had this issue in the past going back several months and this issue has not been fixed and the developer only responds with we’re working on the app to open up Dr. referrals etc. I’m not looking to open up a doctor referral I’m just looking for the damn keyboard as are several others for several months and the issue has not been fixed. Absolutely useless application!

When the Medeo app first came out I was able to see a dr easily via chat and video messaging through the app. After years of not using it I see things have changed and the app is no longer user friendly. Booking an appointment to see a dr via chat and video messenger is confusing. I’m not even sure if you can through this app anymore? I can’t find anything in “support” that informs the user on how to do this. Dealing with 3 sick kids while being sick myself I don’t have time to search for the answer to this and for that reason I will just delete the app and go to a walk in clinic.

I used this app all the time to renew my prescriptions when I lived in BC, which saved so much time and it was great that it was just included as part of msp... Now that I live in Ontario I wish that they had the same thing here. I recommend it to people all the time!

Completely disappointed by this app. A friend recommend it to me so I could get referral for a RMT, I need one to take advantage of my extended health benefits that I pay for. I chatted with the check in lady, she was fine. The doctor (dr. Dani) didn't even speak to me, she pushed me back to the check in person who told me the doctor would not give me the referral. The issue I have is the doctor didn't even take the 2-3 mins to speak with me. Just a hard no, without explanation. Will not be using this app again.

Gone are the days of scheduling a doctor's appointment 2 weeks away, sitting in a waiting room for 2 hours, booking half a day off work just to get a prescription refill.
I've been using Medeo for the last year or two, and it has been great. I've seen the doctor on a coffee break, on my way to work, on the couch at night!
My only quibbles are I wish when an appointment is made in the app, it would send me a notification 15 minutes before the appointment, and/or an option to add it to my calendar automatically.

So made an attempt to use this app for a simple prescription refill in 2014. Appointment for 0930 am. Waited 40 minutes until video conference with MD. tried again in 2015. Again same issue waited 20 minutes later I called and was told I was next in line as MD busy with last patient. After 2 phone calls( you are next in line!) and another 10 minutes I gave up. I don't know which is worst sitting in a waiting room with sick people or the frustration of sitting in front and iPhone or iPad !!!

As a mom of a young baby I love that I can have my crazy amount of medical questions answered from my living room, away from all the sick people in the walk-in clinic.
Doctors are always fantastic, as are the support workers who connect you and gather the information.

How awesome is this!? Used it twice now, and it's saved me at least 3 hours of driving around to a walk in clinic, getting even sicker because of the waiting rooms and of course the long wait. Once this app integrates iOS 8 HealthKit, it will be even better!
