Works well enough to be functional. Not sure on the back end, it’s not saving the providers list of practitioners anymore which is really annoying and I keep getting emails to send in receipts while I take a picture of the receipt every time I submit a claim so this is also very annoying. I’m thinking there is a glitch in the software they don’t care to sort out.

I do find the process for entering data a bit frustrating.
This is made even more so after the app is updated by Blue Cross, resulting in all my entered and saved data, such as frequently used providers and pharmacies, being erased.
Also, the search function provided with the app seems to be very “specific” on how the information must be entered for the search to provide a result - which isn’t known by the me (the user); I’ve encountered this both in searches for the pharmacies and providers - the same ones I had saved from prior entires and have been deleted by app updates.
...and why do I need to enter a nickname to rate this app - ridiculous!

Since it was updated it no longer allows me to add a provider so it takes way longer. It’s been like this for months so no one is real concerned I am guessing. Also it asked way more questions than my RWAM app does. So 3 stars is generous. 🙃

It doesn't find #licenses of practitioners easily. If when submitting a claim something is missing it doesn't tell neither highlights whats needed to fill in when attempting to submit, so it stays in “submitting” . It needs some user experience checks ;) .

It is great that the app has been updated so you are no longer in dark mode and can’t see half of what you need. However the update deleted all of my saved service providers and then when you try to add them back in it doesn’t work and sends your claim for review..maddening!

After I use this app, I realized I made a mistake when I submitted my claims and went back on the app to remove the duplicate claim that was a mistake I made on the dates, I couldn’t correct it the app wouldn’t allowed me.

Really enjoy using the app to submit claims and look up the auto submitted claims from providers. It is true that dark mode is not enabled for this app and the fields wash out, perhaps a future enhancement. Still does not detract from the fact that this app is far superior to filling out paper forms!!!

Been using the same Chiro in your system for years and it will only populate sporadically.... so when it doesn’t populate I try and re-enter him and your system says he’s not found.... bad app

Easier than mailing receipts

Although the app is easier and more time efficient than mailing receipts, there is a lot of data entry when the information is already on the receipts. Also, some data required is not on the example pharmacy receipts (SA# has to be entered which is actually the BCSA on my receipt) and the pharmacy has to be the one on the Blue Cross list. My pharmacy is known as Joe’s Pharmacy in bold letters on the receipt, but the app only acknowledges the full legal title.
Having said that, the app is also more user friendly that the web site.

It is not self evident that you must scroll down to see other options. Provide some arrows or prompts.
Otherwise I found it amazing that seconds after you select the Submit button, your claim has been calculated.
And will be deposited within a few days.

Sorry but not as user friendly as other insurance apps. Need to take photos of receipts. Other apps are almost instant, no receipt photo required unless reviewed and need one. Just a request to keep receipt for a year in case needed.

My name is spelled wrong. No way to fix it.
There’s a very large number of financial institutions that are not listed as options for direct deposit. It’s been the same for years. Time to fix it!!
All my saved providers disappeared. Then some of them where not in the system. Now I have to call in to fix this because the system didn’t reimburse me.
Please spend some real money on fixing this app and you’ll get good results fast.

I like this app to submit claims. But, if I forget my password, it asks me where my mom and dad met. Of course I know the answer, but it always tells me I’m wrong. It happened last year and it’s still happening today. The customer service rep says my answer is correct and doesn’t know why the program does this. It’s a hassle every time.
