Purchased an online magazine about two years ago but it has now disappeared and I can not restore it. I will never buy another tea time magazine

Tea time digital
I have been trying to restore my tea time magazine for the past two weeks. I have been corresponding back and forth with customer support and getting no were. My issues date back to 2005. I have purchased everyone of them. My subscription was due for renewal not sure if I will be renewing it again. The frustration is that each time you do an update to improve Tea Time Magazine it got worst. I loved the first time I downloaded Tea Time Magazine, it was easy, fast and fun it did NOT need improving. It's a good think I kept all my receipts which customer support has now request i provide them. I loved my digital issues they traveled the world with me. But I can say I love my hard copy better they will be with me for ever no one can destroy them. Sincerely mrs. L Frustrated

I'm really sorry that I didn't write a review before
because the update in November 2015 is a disaster. If you set out to make it confusing and frustrating, you succeeded beyond your wildest dreams. As a long time subscriber to this magazine, and some of your other magazines, I can't wait for my subscriptions to expire. Never could understand "improving" what didn't need improvement in the first place.
