Waste of memory space
The app constantly has notifications for the user to give money, there is more notifications about wanting money than any other app. It also notifies you to remind to buy really over priced events.

Notifications Spam 24/7
Way too many notifications. More granular control required otherwise we just turn them all off and miss out on drops and contests. We don’t need 50/50 ticket notifications mixed in every. single. game.

Live Updates
I’m enjoying the app and its utilities however the images in the AppStore show I can put live scoring widgets on my Lock screen however when I go to set it up there is no option. I’m able to throw it on for my home screen but then I have to unlock my phone every 2 seconds just to see the score when I’m not able to see the game. Help?

Creepy
Forces setup with only option of “enable location settings”. Forces login and sharing of information for tailgate tickets only to later be told they are sold out. Just wants your personal data.

App issues
Would give a higher rating as it’s usually a good app but recently for some reason, it is not allowing me to open the app anymore. I’m having to go to NHL because the lease app will not open. I can click on it and it might load and then crash immediately or it won’t even open at all. I don’t know what’s going on. This is recent.

Glitches and Zero Support
The app has bugs here and there but has been largely ok. Recently though they introduced a new Fan Access section that has draws for tickets if you can manage to connect your Ticketmaster account. I’ve wasted hours trying to get this to work cause my son wants to enter the draws. All my accounts have the same email address But it doesn’t work. (The new avatar generator also doesn’t work for me). Their support has been non-existant after day one with the usual “make sure your email address is the same”. Subsequent requests for support don’t get answers. After years of use I deleted it. Finally pushed me to set up the Apple sports app and will use that and Apple News for updates from now on. If the extra features don’t work there’s no benefit to the app if it’s just for stats and news. There are better sources for that.

Can’t update, but can install the app?
I’ll change my review if this gets fixed. The app doesn’t update unless you can use iOS 16.0, but you’re allowed to download the app and open it. Just to only to be held back from UI by a grey message on the screen prompting me to update(which I can’t). I shouldn’t be able to download the app if I can’t use it, simple as that. Please fix the app, or make the app accessible from URLs. Thank you sincerely.

NHL Scores
Can you please put NHL scores back to chronological order going down and not up. You have to scroll forever to find the most recent scores and it doesn’t make any sense. It was setup better last season.

Needs a little fixing?
I tried registered with different accounts but for some reason it never sent a verification code, even after I pressed resend over and over again. so that is definitely something that needs to be fixed, or it should add that you can send a code to your phone number instead of just your email

You download the app but can’t register because it doesn’t send you a verification code. Tried pressing “resend” over and over, tried registering with different emails, checked spam folders, but no code ever sent to complete the registration. Please fix.

Live game day chat
Did they get rid of the live game day chat where you could chat with other fans, do trivia and chat with moderators???? I’m lost.

Widget disappeared
It’s been gone since the beginning of last year or longer. It used to tell me the score and period on my phone and iPad widget screens. No longer does. The Blue Jays have a few score and live trackers there. I don’t always have tine to open the app and just want to check the widget to see the score.

Auto contact pull is gone now
Why did you disable the contact auto appearance when trying to transfer tickets ?
Now i have to go to contacts prior copy the phone number and then open the app and when transferring paste the phone number. To me it’s a backwards move and doesn’t make sense.

Glitching
I’ve been using this app for a long time without issue but I can no longer watch any of the videos of interviews. As soon as I click on a video, the app window closes and I’m back on my IPad Home Screen.
I’ve tried deleting the app and all of it’s data, but as soon as I reinstall it, the problem still remains.
Really too bad… I’m a big fan of the Leafs…

As falsely indicated by the apps developers, this app will not work on IOS 10.2 or later. The app won't function past 10.3, therefore it's dead to you while using on any device lower than an iPhone 6.
