Hours Keeper is a well designed application that you can use to easily track your hours worked and calculate your earnings.
Hours Keeper allows to record your daily working hours for each client, including your overtime and break time. After earnings been calculated, your can generate PDF invoices to sent to your clients and track all the billings and the payments.

I mainly downloaded this app because Tiny Invoice app couldn't have the time in and out on their templates. Not only this app didn't help to solve my issue, there is no way to customize the content of the invoice nor the template, which is possible with Tiny Invoice app. Also, the menus and command are not the most intuitive.

Really enjoying the app, fonctionnalities are working well and are pinpoint on what I need... the GUI is very user-friendly!

On a side note: it would be great if the Dev team could add the option to put items in negative quantities and/or prices... sometimes you previously billed materials or such and refund on the next billing period when you realize you bought too much for the job, or simply want to put a discount...

Horrible update, crashes all the time, locks up and doesn’t sync with other device updates
I have been using this for years and was quite pleased but ever since the update it has been a train wreck. Doesn’t update and sync, have to go to the trouble of uninstalling and reinstalling just to get the hours up to date. I emailed for help and their solutions did nothing to help. I’m going to start looking elsewhere if things don’t improve soon.

Be super careful! Good up until update. Now garbage!
After the update I LOST ALL my data. Can’t sign in. Thankfully most of my invoices I emailed. But, the ones I only printed are gone. This mistake will cost me hours of going and finding this data and asking clients for their records. Super frustrated.

Don’t use this app!!
Absolutely garbage app! I have used it for close to two years to keep track of everything, and with the most recent update I lost absolutely all of my information and now have absolutely no idea what my invoices for the last two weeks were supposed to be.

Just gets worse with hopeless support
Try the free Lite version by all means by all means but don’t bother with Pro!
Ok I’ve now given up on this app. I bought pro but it won’t download to my new iPad so I have lite in the iPad and pro on the jPhone. Don’t see why I should pay twice for it, especially as it is so badly supported. Worked fine for a while but now does not sync. Having explained at length the problem they simple ignore my mail and send a generic fix list. All of which I have tried and told them I’d tried. They can’t even work out my gender from a Western given name, pretty weak if they want to play in a Western market where us goof balls pay for something as poorly supported as this hobby app.
I’m going to try an alternative app now after using this app for over a year with limited and reducing success.

Doesn’t work anymore
App used to be great and very easy to use. As of today, it’s requesting I sign up with my email address and takes me to a link to Polycents product, which then direct me to the App Store. The Hours Keeper app does not launch. I am extremely dissatisfied as I purchased this app over a year ago for $9.99. The subscription has not auto renewed as expected. It appears the app has simply disabled without notification.

This is how you go from great to horrible
App worked well until the update today. Now I can't get into it. I'm just glad I did all my invoicing so there was no data to recover. I will be deleting the app, not to be using it again.
I went to their support site and the app isn't even listed.

Used to be great...not anymore
I would give it 0 stars if possible. Used to a great app with a clean and easy to use interface. Successive updates have made the user interface worse and worse and now this morning a new update that forced me to enter my email address to enable auto-backup and the app will no longer launch - crashes immediately as soon as it tries to load. I had been meaning to delete this app for a while because it was getting so bad but now I have been forced to by this update that has completed bricked the app.

I used this app for a good year with no problem until it was updated yesterday and now it won’t let me log in. I have the pro version a well.

Update to version 3.6 not good
The update told me to try the new sync feature. Enter your email address and press continue and viola! Nothing except a message saying to “Please try again later”.
No option to back out or cancel.
Quit the app and relaunch takes you to the exact same screen.
