What's New in Version 3.5.1
Due to Instagram API changes, InsTrack app will only be available for professional Instagram accounts logged in with Facebook starting June 30, 2020 (Extended from March 31, 2020). Switching from personal to professional accounts is an easy process and allows users to take advantage of all app features. Unfortunately there is currently no solution available for personal accounts yet.
In this version we'll guide you through the process switching to a professional account and logging in with Facebook.

I kept finding that I was following random accounts once and a while. Turns out once you give them your password they use your account to follow people who buy followers. Not recommended.

Things I paid for have been removed from the app.

I have been holding off on updating this app because I knew the new update would prohibit me from seeing who unfollowed me in accordance with Instagram’s “regulations” which is the only thing I use the app for (to track unfollowers duh). It used to be great, but it just stopped working. Every time I hit refresh it says “Failed” so I closed the app, reset my phone and now there’s a message telling me to update....you know what that means....TIME TO DELETE THIS APP! Because it’s now useless

It’s a 50/50 for me, the good thing about it is almost everything because the app is good, it’s accurate and trusted for sure but ye one thing I don’t like about this app is that sometimes, randomly it says “ account expired “ so after that message was sent to me I had to create a new account so that it works. Careful to look for most recent reviews first
I’m not sure why the oldest reviews show first. Well, because they are higher. When this app came out there were paid features to unlock. It was a great app. Suddenly everything stopped working and now lo and behold the app is back with a subscription model. They mention they have unlocked some features as a credit for your previous purchases but it’s really not the same. I find it baffling that apps can switch their models like this after people have paid for subscriptions.

For those who need them, some features in this app are priceless!! I use it many times a day. I can safely call InsTrack the best Instagram management app developed so far.

It's unfortunate that you had to remove access to such info as followers/unfollowers etc in your last version. This bring an end to this app being the outstanding best Instagram analytics tool. Shame on Instagram for being the crazed greedy player who wants all the time to restricts all kinds of accesses to make them available only through its own platform.
The best Instagram analytic tool this app used to be has now become totally useless! How sad!!

Well, what can I say. It gives completely useless and pointless information and then rips you off for that info. The reason people get apps such as these is to track who follows and unfollows the account. So do t waste your time and take a hard and fast pass on this one.

What the EFF
I already bought this app. The reason I purchased it was to be able to see which accounts have unfollowed. It doesn’t even do THAT anymore. Besides this, it doesn’t matter at all that I bought it before and restored purchases. It still unlocks nothing because there is a WAY OVERPRICED MONTHLY or ANNUAL FEE. What have you done to this app devs? What have you done to yourselves? Keep it simple. You have way over complicated your app and way overcharged. And you have ripped me off as I already paid you but I get nothing in return.

No longer working
I sent an email to support since the app no longer was working, as you can see from the numerous reviews and I have yet to hear back from them. I sent in my email a week ago and nothing but radio silence. I also paid for this app and I expected to hear something from the developers. I'll go to Apple and request a refund if the developers don't respond soon.
As the app no longer functions the way I had paid for it, I'd like a refund.

This app finally updated, and low and behold you need to make a new payment to use their services. This time it’s a subscription. So for all of us who already paid for this app we still have to pay, and pay for services we didn’t want initially. Refund your customers.

I WANT A REFUND!
If you're going to have issues with a service you provide paying customers with, the least you can do is refund them. I also emailed the people who created this app and they haven't responded, not that I'm surprised.
Emailing Apple did nothing, as they said they couldn't provide a refund due to their terms and conditions. Figures. I'm not saying that what happened due to Instagram's update is their fault, but the least that can be done is reimburse the buyers.
