in early 2023 the app was good but now it's useless i still can't see cameras on cellular data, why is this app ? if i can't see cctv footage when outside. i can see it on wifi network but there is no wifi outside, you make this application but for what ?

After app update
It’s really bad as after your app update we are not able to open app even after your adviser did best to remove and reinstall but all waste. Now they stop responding and we are afraid what will be effect and its really bad as we can’t see our house and money wasted on worth 16 camera. Pls advise what we can do. Earlier it was full on full rating but now zero as no support

Playback issue
Live preview is fine but playback is not working properly (not showing time and taking lot of time to load). Pls fixed it. Other is good.
