Careful, edreams is updating too much, which makes it difficult if you are travelling as most travel destinations have low speed internet, the app is quiet big. Also edreams won’t let you do online checkin only with the app, and then data is not available offline which can mean you will miss a flight or have a very bad experience with travel. It will cost you twice in the end. Better use kayak or apps that work offline.

So convenient and easy to book. It converts the currency directly to CAD. The flights are sometimes cheap but it depends on what season youre booking. I’ve been booking my flights with eDreams for almost a year now and I have no problems or whatsoever with their service. I do hope they change their mobile interface and more helpful information such as travel advisory or helpful tips when travelling to certain countries, that would be helpful!

J’ai utilisé le site eDreams une première fois pour aller en Martinique en mars 2019. J'ai finalement réservé avec Norwegian airline aller retour Montreal - Fort de France. Après avoir eu un retard de vol de plus de 8 h pour problème technique, j’ai reçu un courriel pendant mes vacances pour me dire que j’avais droit à un remboursement des billets d’avions via leur partenaire (le site AirHelp)
J’ai rempli tous les documents et à ma grande surprise, j’ai reçu un montant d’argent compensatoire.

I paid extra for the flexible date option, 17pounds for each person. But when I need to change the date, the customer service told me that I just simply can’t do it cuz it’s their company policy! They left me waiting in the line and wasted me 15usd for the call!!!And there is no other way to reach them at all! So everyone! Be really careful when you wanna pay anything on this app! They won’t give you the service you paid for , and you can’t get a refund , or even an explanation! The worst ever! SUPER DISAPPOINTED!
