I love how secure and private the app is: Here are some suggestions that would make me change my review to 5 stars:
1. For rooms, make the group picture changeable. As of now, it’s just my profile picture, but I want to be able to change it.
2.Add more layout/colour scheme options. The colours and layout are boring. I want a light and dark mode, as the ability to change things like text colour, etc.
These are the things that would drastically improve my rating. I hope you could consider these. I’ve successfully switched over many people to use this app because I love the security it provides. However, they have all had similar complaints when it comes to the colours and general look of the app. Making these suggestions happen would be amazing. Thanks, Mia.

I know, it's an old iPad model, but the keyboard input lag is horrible. I don't have any issue in any other application. Even typing this review, no keyboard lag. In Wickr, it will stall for a few seconds. I can literally type a full sentence with nothing appearing on screen.
It only started happening recently. I didn't have these issues months ago.

Great app, but the notification on the app icon does not go away after I’ve read a message (or even replied). Leaves me thinking I have a new reply when I don’t. The only way I’ve found to clear it is to delete and reinstall the app. Please find time to correct this. Thank you.
Update - can you please fix the notification problem? At least clear it when I open the app?

Also, how do I take off all timers for deleting messages so that they don’t delete on my end? I don’t know how to turn off the expiration timer totally. There is only a 12 hour option...

I like the app. But it’s glitchy. And sometime you don’t get messages for hours.
Some other people I use the app with say their phone doesn’t even notify them when a message comes thru to them. We did try everything to fix this on our end. If this issue could be resolved. Ide give it five stars.

The app is “meh”. There have been a handful of times I never got a notification that that the person has messaged me. I’ll go to message them again and suddenly a message appears from an hour ago. What.... A bit unreliable in my opinion.

The app is usually pretty good, sometimes needs to give notifications on screen and audible if the stream is buffering, WhatsApp does have that feature. I enjoy your platform just as much.
