iPad app needs work
I love paperless post, but the app does not work well on iPad. Very glitchy and some of the graphics are fuzzy. Some words and buttons overlap - please fix up the iPad version!

Purchase coins and didn’t get what I paid for
I purchased coins to send my invitations and I did not get as many invites that where states I could send total waste of money. However the app is great if they gave you what you paid for.

Chock full of bugs on the iPhone X
Don’t get me wrong it’s a handy app to have for a quick card design. The last time I used this app it was about 6 years ago and I thought it was quite buggy then. 6 years later I re-downloaded the app for another event and the app is well still just as buggy today. I’m running it on an iPhone X with iOS 12.3.1 with about 40gb of free space. The app randomly crashes back to the home screen, it slows down and hangs when trying to flip the card around and during card design. Certain text fields turn black (add to calendar> tap on location >the location field is black. When adding a phone number adding a country code like ‘1’ and then backspacing throws off the number placement, which leaves me to back space and re-enter the phone number again. There are just too many to list. Surprised no adequate QA testing was done on this before release.

The paperless post app constantly freezes and the cards are rarely viewable.

Spend hours restarting this app just to get an ‘&’ typed into an invitation.
This is such a good idea I just wish it wasn’t so time consuming and insanity inducing to configure a card with.

Misleading app - expensive
When looking online it showed the invitations as free so I downloaded the app. It shows as Free until you go to send the card then it asks for coins. You are given an initial offer of some coins free but that means you can only send out a few invites and have to pay for the rest. They should not list them as a free template if it’s going to cost in the end.

Buggy
You can ask for a response and mailing address which great but when tracking i can’t open the responses so I can see if they responded yes or no and I can’t see their mailing addresses. So literally useless tracking. I’m hoping they will fix this bug and issue a new update. Have emailed them directly and they responded quickly but no fix yet.

Your two latest app updates have completely screwed up my ability to manage my guest list for an upcoming event. I click on “manage” and it literally does NOTHING. Who tests this app to make sure it works before it’s released to the public?

Needs an update to be able to edit names easier. Anytime you go back you need to start all over with the invitees

Very Frustrating
They have nice designs, even some for free...but I run into problems nearly every time I try to send an invitation. My baby announcements got messed up...I was finished, sent them and everyone got the template...not the card we just completed. Wrong name, date, everything! For another event it removed my background, even though it was there in the preview. Address/invitee page is always glitchy. So frustrating!!! I only keep using it because I don’t want to re-input all the contacts and the cards are nice.

Extremely frustrating
I spent the better part of a day trying to create a wedding invitation both on my IPAD and windows laptop. Not intuitive at all. App froze often. When I did manage to send a test card It wouldn’t open properly in my email. Another test to a friend and it never arrived - maybe blocked by the firewall but who knows. The next day I used evite and I was done in a half-hour. I would strongly advise against using this app. It may have slightly better functionalities but what a hassle.

A lot of potential
This app has so much potential to make a lot of money. There are so many glitches and you have to know exactly how to get around them. For example, if an email bounces you pay for it. And can edit it, but not edit the actual email- you just can edit a message to send to that person. It also is impossible to read long comments people leave you and you constantly have to toggle between the app and the online site. Sometimes online won’t let you log on through Facebook- it only says log on with Twitter.

App okay - keyboard use is difficult.
App works well enough. Keyboard doesn’t function in same way inside the app which is frustrating. No prediction or autocorrect, which would help with common words.

Glitchy and tries your patience.
Great concept and has a nice selection. The hidden fees in “free” cards was annoying. Some of the features are difficult to use or fully edit. For example: I couldn’t change the colour of the actual envelopes or after removing them, could not put them back; inputting multiple addresses (30 +) was completely not user friendly and glitched multiple times by duplicating emails (incurring extra charges); the fact that it doesn’t save date/location/time changes unless addresses are inputted is obnoxious, especially considering how impossible it is to edit recipients.

I love the cards, but the app is sending me out of my mind with frustration. Slow, with screen freezes and crashes. Just took me a half hour to send a simple card.

Paperless Post has the nicest card designs by far! However the app has many bugs that need ironing out as well as features that need mega improving! Hope it happens soon

As beautifully laid out as this app is, the functionality is bottom of the barrel. The app crashes repeatedly, and stalls out for extended periods of time in between edits to a simple card with simple text. It can’t navigate smoothly at all between text editing options (and there’s only 3 option tabs). At least my *many* attempted drafts were all saved... ugh. Get it together PaperlessPost!

Doesn’t work on iPad
When you view your received invitation there are no options, just the card. If you try to see the tracking on an invitation from your browser on an iPad, it forces you back to the app and you end up in a non stop cycle of getting redirected and having to log in again. Absolutely useless on an iPad.

Crashes Constantly when Editing Invite
I currently do not have a computer so I have been trying to create my wedding invitation on the Paperless Post app. I will start making an edit and after about 1 minute of playing with text the app with crash and close. I end up losing all of my changes. Would not recommend at this point and stick to their website.
