Still showing ads!! Restore Purchsase

I do not want to be clicking multiple times to “restore your purchase”. I’ve paid for no ads, so I do not want to be interrupted by ads.

Am I refunded for every ad you continue to show me? No. You guys get the ad revenue regardless…so respect people who paid for no ads and don’t show ads!!!

Hard

I like the calming effect of the blue background and theme. The galaxy/star theme is also very cool and I liked opening the daily egg prizes. My problem with the game and I’ve since uninstalled because of it, is that I found it got too hard too quickly. Once I passed level 160 or so, I found every level increasing difficult and I could not make enough tools with the special gems fast enough. I would lose lives all the time because I couldn’t pass levels. Compared to other Match-3 games, this one has the most difficult levels so early on. I wonder if an update could make easier game play for people

Really liked the game in the beginning. Then all of a sudden I continuously get ads, even after paying to have them removed. Often when the scream clear and the butterfly is caught, when the screen refreshes the same butterfly is then "caught" again

Ad free changed back

The game it self is fantastic. I loved when the computer version first came out and I still do in spite of the purchase app extras instead of earn. My issue and it is a biggy. I paid for: “Third party AD free” It was for a little over a month and then it reverted to the free version with full Third Party Ads. That even when I watch all through I end up getting another rather than the game. I am told I can’t get a refund. Ticking me off.

Frequent crashes and resets

Game is great - love the modes, and all in all, really great mobile port of Bejeweled 3. However, there is this bug that makes the game unplayable - every day, the game resets my purchases, progress, and profile. Nothing seems to be persistent. So I’ll open it and then I’ll suddenly have ads, despite paying to have none, and I’ll have to hit “restore purchases.” Furthermore, because it resets my profile completely, I have to play the game continuously in one sitting or multiple times a day to get badges and achievements with any freakin’ regularity. If EA / PopCap updates this and fixes that issue? Five stars, no problem. But for now? Two.

Norton advises not to use this app because of security problems

Norton text me I have been using this app for many years lately. I am getting advice from Norton when I’m using or opening the app saying that I should not be using this app because it’s a security risk I think your support capabilities do not work. I tried to do it that way so I have to come and do a review so that everybody knows the standard insecurity online is telling me not to use bejewelled classic due to security risks. EA you better look into this.

Do not buy the paid version. Purchased it Oct 17 2025, worked for less than 1 month and now has reverted back to the version with ads which is unplayable. Have rebooted my iPhone, have deleted and reinstalled the app with no success. Would appreciate the app developers to remedy this.

Update (lost all)

There is no way to restore my lost history after you did a forced update! Everybody keeps saying to hit the restore button. Even bejewelled said to hit the restore button. The button doesn't exist!

And giving us extra bonuses in the face. It was like years of me playing this game were only worth 20 bonuses!

Update: just after they eliminated my history of the game, now it all of a sudden will just end my game of poker even though I haven't finished the game and tell me either I've lost or that I get to continue.

And it keeps freezing and I have to keep restarting the game and losing where I was.

This app is going downhill quite quickly. And I see that the last update was 9 months ago. So it doesn't look like anybody is keeping up with this game.

Ads before you even start playing

Ads - as in plural. I didn’t even start a game yet and I’m getting served an ad just as the app initiates. And then I get another ad just for picking one of the game. This is just ridiculous. I get that the freemium model means that ads need to support the revenue to keep it going but this is just going too far with giving a bad taste to the brand now. Come on Pop Cap games. I’ve been a long time player of this app, enjoyed it tons. But over the past year, the app keeps resetting my progress and insisting I start a new account, and it’s becoming more frequent. I had a 200 level zen score and it all got erased because the app decided to start over for no reason. I had done nothing, only opened the app. I’m extremely frustrated this keeps happening and I’ll be deleting the app. Please fix this.
