Does exactly what it should
Does exactly what it should. Displays historical data in a clear and convenient way. Appreciate being able to access locations all around the world.

Crashes every time I connect
The app was working, now it crashes every time I open it up with my phone over wifi and try to access the connected unit to check its status and why the purifier isn’t running anymore and the purifier hasn’t run in days. What a waste of $350 and to just have a unit that doesn’t work properly and to hand over your personal info because they require you to sign up via social media and agree to their terms and conditions.

Can go long periods of time without the information being updated. Guangzhou has also lost the trends for 24 and 48 hours. Please fix!

Great but only four stars as sometimes buggy.
I only deducted one star as there was a few moments in the year where the app was updated weird, and we only were able to see everything in Chinese, no English. It's been fixed, but there's room for improvement, so no five stars. Great informative app otherwise! Love the 'official' data comparison.
