Description
DividendPredictor is the essential tool for dividend investors that lets you know when you are getting paid! It allows you to track your upcoming and past dividend payments and ex-dates across multiple portfolios, multiple currencies, check overall income and yield reports by month, quarter or year, and see what recent dividend changes have affected your cash flow. Each stock also shows dividend history and news.
Multiple portfolios may be shared across different devices and viewed on our secure web site.
The app provides a free unlimited one month evaluation and supports over 5,000 dividend paying stocks listed on both the US and CAN stock exchanges. Once your initial evaluation period is over you can purchase an auto-renewing Dividend Data Feed subscription to continue to receive the latest dividend information on your portfolios.
Information about Auto-Renewing Subscriptions:
- Our Dividend Data Feed subscriptions are available for 1 month, 6 months and 1 year periods.
- Payment will be charged by Apple to your iTunes Account at the time of purchase.
- Localized prices for each subscription period are displayed in the app at purchase, and in the Information section of the app description in the App Store.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, for the same duration as previously purchased.
- Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase at any time.
- Any unused portion of the free evaluation period will be forfeited once you purchase a subscription.

What's New in Version 4.6.1
This version adds multi-currency support so currency conversion is handled for portfolios in CAD, EUR, GBP and USD. Stocks are still US and Canadian markets only, but portfolios can be in any of the above currencies. Also we now have an in-app link to our popular PeepsDex index of our most commonly held dividend stocks. Some FX issues have been resolved.

Great for Canadian and US dividend stocks
A simple way to keep track of current dividends and those to be paid. Very clean interface. I had the initial free trial version and upgraded. Now I can track a watch list as well as my current investments. If your time is valuable - this tool is a great investment.

Use this app everyday
I use this app every day and find it very useful. It keeps track of my monthly dividend income, shows me which dividends have changed and many more great updates. This app gets better with every release.

Best app ever
This is the best app ever for investors! I love knowing when dividends will drop in my account! I was a little hesitant before buying a subscription, but now I would not hesitate to renew it indefinitely!! Makes organizing my portfolio and reinvesting my dividends super easy!!

Dividend predictor
Real good app for predicting your dividend income. You can configure many real as well as sandbox accounts. Ex dividend dates are updated automatically and supports staff are there to help when assistance is needed. Thanks to the developer for this nice app.

Great
Question: The app has room for Canadian and American stock businesses so I'm just wondering when it says "my total dividend payout"
What currency is it in?
Does the app know to take all the Canadian companies and apply them at the Canadian loonie exchange rate and the American stocks at the greenback rate?
I'm guessing it just assumes everything is US dollars in adds it all up, is that right?

Bug
Very good apps, but found a few bugs that, if fixed, would make it extremely good!
1) When in the 'dividend' menu, the top/summary line displays the dividend for the 'combined portfolio' rather than the chosen portfolio.
2) should also have a 'summary:combined portfolio' for 'sandbox' portfolios.
Also, how do you sell a dividend stock? Could not find an option. Am I missing something?

Nice
This is a great app, well worth the price. It provides all the info I want concerning dividends. It is fast and more importantly, it keep things simple. I know exactly what is coming up, dates, amounts and more. It recognized all stocks I asked for including ETF. Works with US and Canadian funds. Good work guys! It is only day one, but very impressive.

Was better before update
Was my fav app until the update. The best thing about the app was its simplicity and ease of use. Previously you could simply specify your stock & # of shares and the app would predict your dividends. Now you need to monitor cash, stock purchase price, unrealized gain and so on. I wish I could go back to the old app!

Great idea, bad pricing
Love the app, simple and effective. I would give 5 star and pay a one time fee if there is actually a such option instead ask for a subscription fee.

Could be a great program but with only 3 stocks and the 3 I have in are not updating for dividend dates. Getting ready to delete this app.

This Is High Value !
This is an excellent application!
I loaded it last week. Super easy to do. I input my 47 stocks in my portfolio. That took me less than 1/2 hour. Just put in the trading symbol. Everything else is done by the program. Two problems I had were resolved by a phone call from customer service at 9 pm after I sent in an email request. Fabulous service! If Vancouver based stocks (now called the TSX) are the majority of your portfolio there are currently limitations there. But there is a workaround and I understand this is being looked at.
Now the results ... I can now see what I get paid in dividends (Canada and USA stocks) by day, week, month, quarter or year immediately. Plus a snappy little summary shows me the annual dividend income along with the average yield for the portfolio.
This is a bargain for what it does. If you have less than a handful of stocks to track use a piece of paper instead if the annual fee seems too much, but if you have any kind of portfolio size this will save you time and money and put you on top of your game right away.
One last item that I really appreciate. There is a secure, web based component that comes with the application and provides you access to your information anywhere you can get an Internet connection.

Very good app but pricing model is not ideal
I like the app and would pay a fee for the ability to add more stocks to the portfolio list but at $6 per year, it seems like an expensive option for the convenience of not having to cycle through only three stocks at a time, or to get the same info online for free. For $1-3 to buy the ongoing service I'd become a customer. For $6/year, I'll work around the three stock limit...
