- Use Trip Planner to plan your route and ensure you have the fuel, supplies and amenities you need to get from A to B and everywhere in between.

- Filter locations by amenities, parking availability, fuel type, restaurants & food offerings, and more.

- View each location’s full list of amenities, including fuel types and fuel prices, Truck Care Service Centers and Roadside Assistance, number of showers, number of parking spaces, restaurants & food offerings, and more.

Rewards

- Get access to exclusive offers every day. New users receive a free drink offer just for signing up. Plus you’ll receive an offer for a free meal for your birthday.

- Track your Coffee Club status. Your 10th Pilot Coffee is free.

- Professional drivers earn free showers when you fuel and can track your shower credits in the app.

- Track your myRewards balance/savings and redeem for discounts at checkout

Mobile Fueling

- Save time at the pump with Mobile Fueling. Choose the diesel lane that’s likely to open first, store your payment cards in our safe and secure mobile wallet, and activate the pump with a simple and unique code.

Showers Reservations

- Reserve your shower in the app when you arrive at a location. Get in line before even stepping into the store; you’ll be notified in the app when your shower is ready.

Parking

- See the number of General, real-time Prime Parking™ and Live Parking, and RV parking spots that are available at each location. Reserve your spot ahead of time so you have the peace of mind knowing there is a spot waiting for you at your destination. Live Parking information is currently only available at locations along on the I-5 corridor, and one location in Knoxville, TN. We are working to expand this helpful feature to other locations soon!

A big thank you from a very appreciative Pro Driver

Through this tough times of uncertainty there is one thing I can count on. The fresh clean shower and towels when I reserved a shower. Also food wise and selection has been great and served by very friendly staff.

Flying J / Pilot have also been very good at keeping fuel islands neat and tidy, which is great when stepping out of the truck to fuel.

Keep it up, you guys! You are the true oasis for us drivers and it is truly appreciated.

Have points, can’t book shower

indicated a shower couldn’t be booked thru the app, proceeded into store to book shower. Was able to use points even though app was indicating otherwise. Needs fixing.

Response time & screen glitches

The app is like dial up with screen response time. So bad you have to wait 15-30 seconds each time you move the map to look for locations for the app/map to catch up. Along with picking a drop pin location and it blinking up for a second at the bottom of the screen and disappearing. Very behind the times irritating app compared to say LOVES

Works but could be easier to navigate

The app functions well but it could be easier to navigate at times. I had to do a google search on how to use my wifi credits because there wasn’t any instructions in the app. All that said it has never once crashed and I always get my shower. Still the most trucker friendly truck stop out there. Keep it up Pilot Flying J.

Horrible app after upgrade

Garbage app after upgrade. I don’t know where I am in line for shower and it can’t find my location when trying to use mobile fueling app. Between this app and the internet issues I’m not sure I’ll use flying anymore.

The only thing i think is you dont give enought point and cafe when you fuel .. during the time my campagny have change for Loves in one month i have receve 60 000 points in ONE MONTH .. and free cafe per days its a lots of money in my pocket... continue your good work i love my job !!

Shower tab on this is no good at all. It freezes where once you reserved your shower. You cannot refresh it to reserve at same location until you move to new location. And is very slow

Login sucks

PFJ, you need to work on your app.

I frequently have issues when I try using it. It doesn't remember me, asks me to logout and then log back in, but never recognizes my password. I know it's correct, cause it's saved in my password keychain, so the issue is yours. FIX IT PLEASE!
