Description
SonicWall Mobile Connect™ provides users full network-level access to corporate and academic resources over encrypted SSL VPN connections. The client provides anytime, anywhere access to critical applications such as email, virtual desktop sessions and other macOS applications.
REQUIREMENTS:
SonicWall Mobile Connect is a free app, but requires a concurrent user license on one of the following SonicWall solutions in order to function properly:
• SonicWall Next-Generation Firewall appliances including the TZ, NSA, and SuperMassive running SonicOS 5.8.1.0 or higher.
• Secure Mobile Access (SMA) 100 Series appliances, formerly called SonicWALL Secure Remote Access (SRA), running 9.0 or higher.
• Secure Mobile Access (SMA) 1000 Series appliances, formerly called E-Class Secure Remote Access (SRA), running 12.1 or higher.

Doesn’t work!
Totally agree with the others that have commented. Prior to the latest update, seemed to work relatively well. Since, it crashes repeatedly, says your logged in when your not, can’t get emails for hours etc.
This needs to be fixed ASAP!

Broken since version 5.0.5
Worked great until version 5.0.5 came out recently. Now it connects for a few Mins then stops working.. the app says it’s still connected but when you check on the router it shows no active VPN sessions.. please fix this!

Garbage
What else can you say...
Sometimes it crashes the appliance and sometime it does nothing at all...
Amazing that this company can provide such a useless app.
So, when it comes time to upgrade...goodbye SonicWall!

Does not properly close sessions
Beware when using this app! It will NOT properly close sessions, which WILL lead to you or your coworkers being locked out of your VPN and having to call IT. Do not use this app!

Does not work anymore
We use this at my office and since v5 it refuses to accept client certificates for VPNs. Garbage.

Doesn't work after last update. It's been a couple of months now. When are they going to fix it?

Won't connect after this update
Tried connecting to 3 different sites. Can connect fine with windows SonicWALL netextender. This app doesn't work. Please fix it.

Works great
Allows me to administer servers from my phone. For the "not a valid SonicWall" error, make sure you put the port number in behind the IP address on the iPhone client. If you still get the error, your SonicWall SSL VPN is not set up correctly.

Awesome Sonicwall!
Thanks for finally putting this in place. Makes a big difference for IT folks who are on iOS devices. Hopefully, there's a way to identify iOS devices in the appliance so we can add specific ACLs to what these devices can access.
