If it wasn’t for a local backup, I would have lost all the items I had added in this app.not worth the money.

A good app with excellent customer service.
I’ve been using this app for a year or two now. This is the old version but it still does exactly what you expect it to. Stores passwords in a single password protected vault. I was able to restore my passwords from my iCloud after resetting my phone and encountered a momentary bug that went away after trying again. Customer service contacted me within a day of submitting a bug report. I am glad to see that there is still customer service for what is considered an out of date app.

So many bogus reviews on here!
Many fake bogus reviews here! App is basic and functionality Sucks! Now with the "new version" it broke the app completely and you need to buy version 4.0 to get something similar. Always cheating people out of money.

Latest patch works well
This latest patch corrects an issue on the iPhone were OneSafe would close when attempting to decrypt or import data. This is a great app so I'm glad to see it's being well maintained.

No synching between devices and no tech support
I have used oneSafe for years; it was pretty good at first, but for the past year or more it has been a real pain. The data won't synch between my iPhone, iPad and Mac, and it's impossible to get help from their (probably non existent) tech support. I am looking for another app that will synch between devices. But I'm sure dreading having to enter all those passwords, websites, and info all over again. I would not recommend this product to anyone that wants to use it on more than one device.
