Since they don’t deliver to businesses if you are looks for lunch or dinner while your at work don’t even bother trying to order. And since I work at a hotel I also have to inform the guests when they want to order food that they are not an option.

I used to be able to use this app flawlessly! Some how with the so called new bug fixes the app can no longer find my location but it can find my neighbors across the street!! I cannot begin to express how frustrating this is!! Please FIX your app! I thought maybe this problem would get fixed so I didn’t try for a month… nope still no fix!! Please feel free to message me if you want to see the error code! I can imagine you’ve lost a lot of business because of this…. Especially since other apps are so easy to navigate!😡😡😡

I don’t know what they’ve done but the app is completely useless now! It’s frustrating because I just purchased gift cards for our “Ordering Out” budget. No word of a lie; the moment I purchased those cards I haven’t been able to use them. I called customer service to ask what was going on with the app over a week ago. They said they’re working on it?? So I thought a week would give them enough time to get their stuff together. Still nothing. I’ll be calling again tonight and I hope that someone will offer a solution. I can’t use the giftcard over the phone so what am I to do now?

Ever since the update, the app doesn’t work. Can’t get past the first screen to put in the address - it keeps saying there isn’t a location near me when there is. Called in orders a couple of times but the fact that it’s been weeks and not dealt with is irritating. Pizza Hut app works just fine and turns out they have good deals now too. Sorry guys.

The previous update was horrible. I couldn’t use the app. This update still has issues with finding my location and not saving my personal information, I have to type my name, number and address every time I login.
At least I can place my order on their website.

Zero stars!!! I have been ordering pizza from you guys, to my address for 15 years. Since you’ve got this new address thing, I cannot order online any more. It actually gives my address as a suggestion, but errors when I select it. You guys have lost lots of business from me.

Wouldn’t take a payment, wouldn’t let me use my AMA coupon code. Annoying. Forgot I was in the app rather than trying online, could have probably saved myself $5 if I just did it online. Not really seeing the benefit of having an app take up data on my phone rather than just using a browser.

This to say your updates has cause big problems with mobile service and had changed customer settings on using the app. Your updates should never be changed known you get headaches from customer level seen your app crashes every time, online is 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
