“Try again later is not acceptable”

Your app is primarily used to track my working hours so payroll can pay me appropriately for my time at work. The app continues to go downhill with quality. It’s been weeks since I was actually able to complete my tasks within the app without launching another web page. “Applications error. Please try again later.” Has plagued me. Luckily my payroll accepts email requests for corrections because this app is absolutely unreliable. I will continue to write reviews until it’s fixed. The AI ‘we’re looking into it/please update the app is a total lie.’ I’ve yet to see improvements.

A time recording app should be efficient and fast. But this one isn’t. It’s clunky and slow with useless animations to slow it down. It’s 50/50 whether the whole app is even working properly

When it works, it works well. Frequently doesn’t load the Timecard or any other option and I have to re-login for it to hopefully work again. Can be quite frustrating to use.

What is the point of this app?

What is the point of this app if you can’t see the details of employee requests? It seems you built an app just to say “please view this in the browser.” Also your chat bot is garbage since it doesn’t even understand basic questions. Send help. What’s the point of this app?

Infuriating to use

With the new “secure” login, it takes forever to login in just to punch in and out from work. It’s to the point where I’m not even using it anymore and just email our office when I start and finish my shifts.

Bring back Face ID login, and get rid of the code sent by text. It’s too much. Punching in and out should not take several minutes.

An app…that tells you to go to the desktop

This is not a panacea app for ADP users. Often it tells the user you have to do a particular function on the desktop app. I have been told I need to ask the admin on the account to enable features.

Clunky, slow, and unreliable

This app manages to take a simple task (clocking in/out at work) that should take no longer than a second or 2 into an overly animated, complex, and slow action that frequently takes 15-20 seconds or more. It also frequently is “unavailable” and also falsely confirms punch outs that never materialise on the back end. Clearly not good enough QA on the front end of this thing. For an app I’m forced to use it sure seems like a lot of effort went in to making it painful.

The worst paycheque app to date. Constant issues with the app and payments being corrected. App allows for managers to delete time punches making you unable to address any time punch issues.

This company like the many managers employed at places that have this app correspond with each other to commit labour fraud.

A Bolted-On Afterthought

Basic functionality, like marking notifications as read or to delete them, simply doesn’t work. If the only goal was to have something send push notifications yet still force use of the web application for everything else? Mission accomplished.

This app is atrocious, I haven’t seen a paystub since Dec 5. I’ve signed in changed my password, deleted it reinstalled it now I can’t sign in cause it say my username is wrong. I don’t even know my username anymore.

When you try to call and fix it.. they can’t find the problem or they have you talking to multiple people for like 2hrs only to be told they will email you to keep you updated, while they try to “fix the problem” but then never end up emailing you or fixing the issue. This app should be thankful its required by workplaces and workers couldnt vote because if not it would never get used. It constantly glitches and it demands you change your password every 90 days and won’t let you reuse passwords. Just shove off and leave it alone. Is this version 1.0? The ADP app is painfully slow, constantly stalls out, and only works about a quarter of the time. For a company of this size, I’d expect a much smoother and more reliable experience. Definitely needs some serious improvements.

Slow and does not save Touch ID

App is very slow to open. Doesn’t open at all sometime. Just a hula hoop forever. Does not memorize Touch ID ( very annoying). Entering hours in the end of the week day by day requiring saving everyday is also annoying. Why can’t it be: hours -check mark 5 times and save once in the end?
