App don’t work
Totally disappointed recently I can’t arm or disarm the system from my phone. I’ve tried everything to no avail.

Should be easy and convenient but tends to have glitches
The app could be much improved. We had dimmable lights installed when we purchased our home and the supplier uses this app to control the lights. I’ve found occasionally that even though we have turned our lights on manually in the home, it does not reflect this on the app (still shows as off). It also falsely shows that if I turn on one set of lights in one specific room, it automatically will say a different pair of lights is also on. This is a glitch we were told was not fixable… Can also be slow to have the lights respond to the app demands. Just wish there was some update they can do to make it the more convenient experience we were hoping for when we installed dimmers.

Works great except light turn on delay
This App has worked good for my purpose except that most of the time the bulb sign shows the light is on but actually they are not. I have to check through my security camera to confirm. It turn the light on after trying two or three times.

The absolute worst app to work to even look at your cameras. Getting interrupted by adds and it doesn’t even notify you when something happening in your yard. You have to manually go back in time if it lets you! to find out anything. This system and the cameras are garbage I can’t wait to cancel it $80 a month what a waste and they lock you in for 2 years. Don’t do it

Worst dishonest service
This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any security company. Their customer service is absolutely terrible—dishonest, unresponsive, and completely unhelpful. It takes forever to get anyone on the phone, and when they finally do call back (if at all), they never have real answers. No one seems to know what they’re doing, and the lack of professionalism is astounding. I deeply regret signing a contract with them and cannot wait for it to end. I would never recommend this company to anyone under any circumstances.

Useful but Inaccurate
A nice app to have, but when something happens to a sensor, (battery failure, tamper, etc.) it never goes away even though it gets remedied on the main system. It remains a problem/issue within the app. So there is a consistent sync issue. It’s been like that for a few years now.

Buggy
I love that i can disarm my alarm before arriving home, and get a status for the alarm on my phone at any time, but this app is buggy. Once you have successfully logged-in once, the app will freeze as soon as it gets moved back to the background. Try reopening it again and the UI is frozen and completely unresponsive. Force quitting it is the only option. This must done every time you use the app! Very annoying! Using it on iphone 16 pro and ios 18.

Better systems out there
The functionality of the video system, which also acts like a doorbell is very poor. You want to ring through the minute, someone’s at the door and presses the bell to alert you, but instead, you have to have the system on high alert and it will catch every passing vehicle dog walker or animal instead. Would not recommend.

Update 6.44.1
The newest update to version 6.44.1 has killed the login ability for my iOS device (iPhone 11 Max Pro) where the app now gives a “Invalid username or password” error when attempting to log into the app. Please update and fix this issue ASAP.

This slow app has added a layer where they ask you if you want to opt in to notifications before you can get to the main screen. No I don’t. I just want to turn my alarm off/on.

I’ll give you 5 stars when you change the app name
Apple a glitch where it auto corrects 20 to 2.0 if you have an app with 2.0 in the name. There is no way to get rid of it but to delete the app. The 2.0 auto correct is infuriating as I put 20 in my text 100 times for every time is need to write 2.0.
Other then that the app works well just find this frustrating.

No Ability to Schedule Arming
The app generally functions fine, albeit a little slowly. I’m very disappointed that there is no ability to program a schedule for arming and disarming the alarm. My previous system slowed this easily through the Rogers Home Monitoring app using the same or very similar hardware. I hope this is something that will be added soon.
