Cure for anxiety
Hackers are becoming increasingly intelligent and resourceful. It is a good thing apps like lookout can provide a diagnostic of potential malware or system modification. With the increased prevalence of ipads and iphones hackers have all the more incentive to move to apple systems.

Terrible!
I am getting constant false messages from Lookout, including telling me my phone has been lost, and that my sim card has been removed from my phone. Hard to understand that when my phone has constantly been with me! I also find it really drains the battery on my phone! Cancelling my account!

I get a notification when I on a malicious website and they’re trying to access my information. I like that it scan your email for suspicious threats like hackers but it not always accurate

Breach Report is irritating
Lookout has been intermittently flagging the same breaches as NEW for months. There’s no mechanism to confirm they have been read. I would suggest the act of clicking into and reading the notifications is tracked. Or FFS gimme a button or something to demote to inactive or delete a notification once it has been acted on, so I don’t keep opening lookout in a fluster thinking I gotta find out what’s been hacked and change my password only to find it’s the same old reports.

I keep getting same breached sites from months, years ago. This app for the price could do more. Very dated, stale.
Won’t renew my subscription. Plus no email support. The app isn’t patented, only to 2018. Any takers??

What’s the Point?
They removed the only feature anyone would install it for, and said feature was buggy as hell.
Other than that, it’s “Find My iPhone” if “Find My iPhone” took 2 minutes to find your iPhone.
Useless as a free app.

This app does not have the functionality to alert when your phone is reaching its range limit with your watch. That’s the only reason I downloaded it. Deleting.

Killed my WiFi
I think your product is great however it kills my wifi internet whenever I lock my phone and causes me to incur data charges. I had to remove the product because i can’t afford the data and need my wifi when not using the device. Hopefully fixed in a future version.

I got this app because google said it was the best app for finding your phone, and the only app that lets you know when you leave your phone behind. Very very disappointed to find that this feature is disabled - deleting the app. I have tile for the “find my phone” functions and it works like a charm. Bring back the useful features!!!!

I’ve been a user of this app for many years but seems like they’ve removed a lot of features and there’s no way for me to upgrade to Premium Plus either.
