The app works fine, but not the watch app

The dollar is in euros. I paid $6.00 to remove and adds and able the change to my country in Canada. It says it’s Canadian dollar but it is still calculating in euros.

The maths is sometimes off in order to get the total sum. Can't seem to figure out why.
