Easy and Free!
I had been using Totals on my Mac for many years. The app makers went out of business a few years ago and, though I knew it would some day stop working, I used it as long as it possibly could. Well this year’s release of MacOS 15 did it—it was finally dead. I searched for a good, free replacement and Zoho is perfect. I even managed to copy the look and feel of my old invoices with the same numbering scheme and everything! I don’t need much, and Zoho perfectly fits the bill.

Significantly improved
The iPad has slowly but steadily been catching up with the website, which still remains the best way to use Zoho Invoice. But the latest changes have made it progressively more useful for doing very specific tasks and, between using the app or going on Safari, is a preferable way to interface with a tablet UI.

Amazing Product Indeed

Enough for what I need regarding invoicing. Not being able to edit contacts after they are saved is a bit frustrating but otherwise a good app.

I sincerely love this invoice app. I use it for both of my business. I love it’s versatility so that I can see everything on my phone as well.it has helped me track my revenue and income which lead me to making informed decisions to either make less purchases when I’m low in profit or putting in more effort to bringing in more business when my targeted monthly sales aren’t met. Plus the fact that it’s completely free. No strings attached

Expense tracker needs some updates.
-Cannot edit expense categories (you can add categories but you can’t edit the category names after you’ve added them).
-Would be good to add a feature in the expense report where you can tap on a category and see all the expenses under that category.
(Also, from there, if you can then tap on individual expenses to see the receipts so that they are easy to locate for reference if needed).

Amazing app
The app is amazing. I love how it also shows all the records and comparing revenues for different months of the year. I just wish there was a way to get rid of the link/tag at the bottom of every invoice.

I just tried 5 different invoice Apps and each one wanted me to pay after I created one. Not only was I able to easily create a simple nice looking invoice, it is really free (so far!)
I only need to send 2 invoices a month so it’s perfect!

I was struggling for last one year, doing paper invoices and tried few other online softwares but nothing like Zoho. It’s free and very user friendly, i was looking just for
Invoicing but ZOHO offers a lot more, I’m still learning about some features but it’s been amazing and I don’t feel like missing anything.

Easy to use for a; old dude like me
As a retired guy who does a bit of woodworking, and would just like to track COG to keep expenses in check, this is easily the best app that i have used. It would be nice if i could add a cost item, but likely would need to pay for that, and i am on a small budget.

Beautifully designed, intuitive and works perfectly so far
Can't think of any cons, except that it's not as robust as a full accounting system. But I was looking for something just like this, and it's ideal for someone who wants to generate invoices, track payments and give clients an easy way to access their invoicing info.
