Sparse lounge
App is not easy to navigate. Location of lounges is not marked very well. A lot of the lounges, unless part of large international airlines, are so-so and food is not great. Also, if you are travelling with a family they will deny you access or charge you outrages fees.

I found every lounge comfortable / good food/ kind caring people:
Without your lounges I would not be able to travel by myself
Clean washrooms quiet safe lounges are wonderful

Priority or Ignority
My bank had a promotion which gave you 6 passes with Priority Pass. When I set up my membership they only gave me 4. I called and they told me they could not do anything to correct the situation. Thanks a bunch!

Total scam
On the first visit ever at a lounge I got my visa billed for $200. What a scam. No such thing as free airport lounge! Don’t trust.

Not impressed
Very challenging when dealing with customer service at Priority Pass. Customer service is defiantly not their priority. The choice of food is subpar and they don’t seem to change up their options. They could also have more than one coffee bar as it can be a lengthy wait for a single cup of coffee.

Toronto’s lounge in Terminal 1 is becoming quite tired. Chairs we sat on last week were threadbare and in general not clean. Disappointing overall.

Great perk
Had 6 hour lay over in Toronto, used my priority lounge pass. A very pleasant way to wait. The food was excellent and the bar was well stocked with brand names. Won’t be without a pass again.

The worst!!!!
Nothing good about this place. If I could I’d give it zero. The eggs are scrambled, no choice, taste like they came out of a container. No bottled water. The coffee machine takes forever so lineups. Lots of sugary third rate sweets and same for cereals. Toaster took a long time to toast the bread and I finally gave up and took it out early because I couldn’t wait. There is only cold hard butter which does not spread on your bread. Milk for coffee...only 1 container, no label. There is no low fat milk or cream, just the non labelled milk or whatever it was. They have pancakes that they zap on the microwave oven, worse than the ones you get in the grocery frozen section. Also terrible lighting so u can’t easily read the free newspapers they give u. The only things they couldn’t ruin are the croissants and yogurts. I was recently at the Athens airport, where I could easily have given them 10 out of 10. Next time I would avoid this lounge and just buy my breakfast. At least I would get healthy selection of food I would enjoy.

Hard to get access
Tried to use at Toronto Pearson but lounge was full.
Then tried to use in Heathrow/London England and were sent two two lounges that did not accept priority pass. Finally found one that did and we were squeezed into a tiny booth.
Food was good and plentiful, but you had to pay extra for a shower, a lot extra. Not worth it unless you were very dirty or grubby. Wifi was so-so. Glad I had data instead.
Found a lot of lounges would not accept priority or the ones that did were not close to our departure gate.

Experiencing , talking to England team
I had to call to England asking my username and password- the First Lady who picked the phone couldn’t convince me in registration by the offered a password - ( asked me questions to recognize me through 4 questions)
Had to call again, next lady asked me 9 questions to recognize me and I had no objection- but she was talking rudely and harsh as a teacher who is dealing with a retired student- made me mad and I shouted at her after finding out she is more rude and harsh- she hung up -
I didn’t get any result expect thinking twice if I like to stay with this company.

Tokyo Narita Airport
I was flying back to Vancouver, and showed the Priority pass which was on my Cell phone on the App. They did not let me in the lounge as said we have to produce the physical PrioryPass card there.
It’s been quite some time now that I donot carry the same since we were sent a Letter by you’ll that it’s not necessary to carry the same. Hence had to spend 7 hrs at the Narita airport without a lounge.
Kindly confirm whether the procedure is different at all the Airports . Your feedback would be appreciated.

Not accepted anywhere in Domestic Terminals in Australia
This card has been terminated at all three airports I have been in the last two weeks.
The locations indicated as accepting the card are all restaurants and bars. All have told me they have terminated their association with Priority Pass and AMEX Platinum card.

Adding Pass to wallet
It is not possible to add the priority pass card to wallet. It gives an error which asks you to be online so you can add the card to your wallet. But despite having both cellular and wifi on, it still fails to add the card to apple wallet!!

Worst App ever - rarely works
Not sure why I even gave it one star. Many times can’t even sign in. Tried to add it to my wallet and then that didn’t work.

We were at virgin. Lounge but had to leave lounge at 5 even though our flights delayed we were unable to use lounge .
Very upsetting to be stuck at airport with no lounge access.

Garbage app. Will not let me register with my card. Why have an app if it doesn’t work? Will stick with my physical card.
