Blue bars

Great app. I still think the design with blue bars at the top and bottom are a cop out in using the full iPhone X screen size. Do as google maps / Apple maps does where the map uses the FULL screen (if you tap the screen in google maps, all route data goes away and you only see the map)

Please remove these blue bars!

Disable dynamic offset to get more frames

I am not sure why this option exists, but if you want more frames then you need to disable this option.

As I promised, I return the 5 star rating. This app is truly useful. We could use a 3 color radar tho ( snow, ice, rain)

Used to LOVE this app

I’ve been a HUGE fan of this app, until the latest updates. I preferred when I could select how far in the past I could look (4 or 8hrs) to see weather approaching. Can you bring that back?

Love it, but....

I love this app, is by far one of the best weather app available: accurate, light and super fast. BUT, the last update introduced a new UI design that I found ugly and unnecessary. “Don’t fix what’s not broken” :)

One of the most useful, must-have apps

I've been using it since I've bad and iPhone and I started at 5. First the free version, then I got sick of the ads and for a couple of bucks I bought both the iPhone and iPad iOS versions. To say that it's useful it's an understatement. Like another reviewer, it's probably one of the apps I use most often, definitely first thing in the morning when I get up. I figure out, with my 80 km radius, how much time I have until weather is at my location. I've recommended this App to countless people also. I look at it throughout the day to plan my day, in conjunction with the Weather Network App, to know about activities and whether or not I should wash my car or wait. Knowing precipitation, especially with global warming is a definite must as it can be destructive. I would definitely recommend it and buy the paid version. You'll enjoy it ad-free better.

Rain Alarm is Great!

Rain Alarm is the app I use most often on my Iphone. As a motorcyclist, I really appreciate the features it has like early warnings of approaching rain and showing me magnitude of precipitation. In Winter, it helps me plan on when to get out the snow shovel.

Good App

Very good and useful app especially when you prepare an activity! One small thing to improve is the speed setting of the informative text at the bottom of the app. We should be able to change it!

No ads if you bought xt paid version! Not true!!!!!

Good app! but I paid for the xt version so I didn't have to see ads on bottom of screen, but now have ads running in the bottom of my screen!! I am disappointed I didn't get what was promised in a paid version 😞

Good idea, poor execution.

So many false positives it's not even worth using. Problem is, if it detects even a hint of noise on radar it assumes rain is on the way and you get a push notification.

Goes off constantly, yet to be useful after a few weeks.

Great app I get too see exactly when and what is happening with the weather. A must have for anyone that has to work outside and keep an eye on the weather. There is no problems or glitches or nothing just a great weather app that works and lets you know when a storm or rain is heading your way. This is great!!!! :)

Works as advertised

After installing the RainAlarm chrome plugin, I discovered the iOS versions. Installed the free app first to try it out. Found it worked as advertised but a bit over-senstive. I purchased this version so I could change just how much rain would trigger an alarm. Like that I can switch the notification noise from the system default too. Something to keep in mind is that the alarm is only as good as the radar data. If there are "false-positives" from the Environment Canada (like noise generated by the Niagara Escarpment near Collingwood) you'll be getting push notifications that rain is coming when it's sunny out.
