Useless with Apple Watch
Continually asks for terms of service to be updated each time it is opened so useless with Apple Watch since need to update terms on phone first

App needs a little work
In the last year the app has failed to function. Even after calling OnStar they couldn’t make the key fob work. This forced me to leave my vehicle, go home get my spare keys. Now I’m uncomfortable depending on it for access.
Secondly, in recent months, every time I use the app it requires me to continue agreeing to changes prior to use.
I renewed my OnStar for the remote access. Should it continue to be less than dependable I will likely let the OnStar account to lapse.

I love this app!
Not only has this app helped me with renewing my license at the DMV (I forgot I needed my mileage, and would have lost my place in the excruciating line), but it also lets me lock and unlock my car when my keys are at the bottom of my purse or in my luggage.
Best of all, it lets me leave my car running with the AC on for my little dog, and allows me to securely lock the doors from my phone... leaving the keys in the ignition and my little pup cool and happy.

Difficultés à se connecter
La connection par keypass m’a demandé beaucoup de persévérance. La connection par OnStar ne fonctionnait pas du tout puis s’est mise à fonctionner sans que je ne fasse quoi que ce soit de différent. Une fois connecté avec OnStar, les fonctions de commande à distance ne faisaient rien du tout et étaient grises, et ce soir elles fonctionnent, encore une fois sans changer quoi que ce soit. J’espère maintenant que tout continuera de fonctionner.

Nice Remote Start & Unlock Features (not at the same time for safety)
Convenient for unlocking doors when a distance from the vehicle, or starting the car on very cold mornings if you need to leave soon. Slow sometimes depending on connectivity

Ever since the last update, whenever I go to use it, the user agreement comes up and I have to agree to the terms....every.single.time!!! I find it a pain the a**!! It didn’t used to do this.

Unreliable
Never rely on this ap for anything, service is terrible and inconsistent. I locked my keys in my truck so i could go swimming and unlock my truck with the ap. Unfortunately the ap will not work and onstar couldnt do anything but offer to upgrade my service..can you say money grab? Its another useless gimmick.

Slow, painful to use app makes me not even use it most times.
Simple task like updating an email address you would think would be easy but this app makes it an awful experience. If a vehicle purchase is determined by the app and accessories don’t buy a Chevy.

It used to be a 5 star
I would have given it a better rating 6 months ago, and even a full star rating when I used the OnStar app. now I’m frustrated that every time I open it up I have to agree to the terms. The last update is crap and does not work well with iPhone 11. Completely disappointed

This app needs climate control. I feel like Chevy runs windows 3.1 instead of windows 10. Software updates and new features are the most important thing nowadays in any piece of technology.

Works great but I wish there was a setting that you can start your vehicle at a specific time. I work shift work and can’t have my phone one me. This way I can have it started with out having my phone.

APP CRASHING

Great but....
Great app but ever since last update my remote start and locks fail more than half the time. Hope this is solved soon as we pay for the access. No contact from onstar as well, but they said they would as well call back and deal with it.

Chevy bolt - charge estimate confusing
I use this with a Bolt EV to see an estimate of when charging will complete. When using the supplied 120v home charger, it usually spans over midnight, as a full charge can take 3 days at 120v. The ETA sometimes says the day and time of completion. But it usually just says the time, without the day, even on a 2-3 day charge. I can’t figure out what makes it display both or just the time.
And switching from 8amp to 12amp charge rate in the app always fails with an error. Every time. Can only change it in the car.

I hate having to accept the terms of service every single time i use the app. It’s painfully slow and feels outdated.

Issue with phone volume
This app phone is not compatible with the app. The volume always turns down when you sync to the app. I lost all of my contacts trying to wipe the phone clean with the help of an Apple care person named Janine who left me high and dry when her shift ended. When I figured out how to reboot it and get all my apps back it worked good until I got into my truck and then the volume automatically turned down again. I’ve missed several important work calls due to this issue. I’m ready to take my Chevrolet and run over my damn iPhone and then drive the truck off a bridge. Two of the wealthiest companies in the world can’t sort this out. WTF?? Shame on both companies!

Bonjour à tous, sur le iPad Pro 12,9 2020 l’application démarre toujours en demandant le pays et ensuite demande adresse courriel et mot de passe et après avoir envoyer l’image gel depuis la dernière mise à jour.
Tout est ok sur le iPhone 11 Pro.

Love this app. Gives me confidence that I’m never locked out of my vehicle as well as the ability to warm my car in winter months. It also provides me the opportunity to check that my car is locked each night before retiring to bed.👍

J’sais contacté le département il y a 2 semaines et la configuration n’a pas été faite. Je suis sur le système US et il n’y a pas de fonctions démarrage, verrouillage ni Klaxon.

Poor and expensive
App has gone downhill. Must pay for features with newer vehicles when 2017 and older was included. Paid for a year membership and app hasn’t worked at all in 3 months. Absolute rip off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Not bad, but not worthy of subscription fees.
It’s an okay application, but it’s not worth the subscription fees. I’m wondering if the basic fee is more to pay the phone companies. If it isn’t then Chevrolet should offer this service for free. I doubt I’ll keep it after the free trial period ends.

I’ve been using this app for years and never had any complaints, until now!
The last update included an updated terms of service message that requires you to accept or decline the new terms.
However, even after accepting these terms the first time you use the updated app, it will continue to ask you to accept the terms EACH TIME YOU USE THE APP, which is extremely annoying.

Issues
App will not let me sign in. Says user name or password I correct. I reset and it still is not working. Not sure if an update messed it up as it worked great before that. I always had stay signed in box checked and it became unchecked on both my devises. Please fix this

Latest update is crashing
I love my Bolt and I love the app. However, since your recent update, the app crashes every time I try to do anything within it. It opens, but then crashes when I try to access any of its features (refresh vehicle status, contact OnStar, etc.) I have turned my iPhone off, then on, but it still crashes. Please fix!

Great app
I’ve used OnStar since I bought my truck in 2010. This app is a very very convenient app to use. Before bed I use the app to lock the truck. And in cold days to start it. And every so often if I forget to lock the truck, I use the app to remotely lock the truck when I’m at a hockey or baseball game or in the theatre. It’s just a very handy and concurrent app to have. To bad I can’t do this with my 2011 corvette. Go figure that one
