Great app for both the frequent and casual flyer

This is a very rich application that contains information about virtually every airport in the world. It gives you precise distances between airports in Statute Miles, Nautical Miles and Kilometers. You can also figure out the distance between the current location and any airport. The user interface is gorgeous, very well laid-out and the app is really easy to use. If you love flying, get this app!

Ipod Touch not compatible

FYI, this app comes up as not compatible for the Ipod touch.

Enjoy your $1.39.

This app's developer just made $1.39 (70 per cent of $1.99) off me for an app I used for five minutes before deleting.

Pros: Looks great.

Cons: S-L-O-W, incomplete, inaccurate.

I tested a number of Canadian airports. Vancouver or Ottawa, for example, don't exist if you search by name; you have to know the airport code. Pearson International was mislabelled and other provincial capitals weren't found no matter what.
