Having suffered 5 strokes
Having suffered 5 strokes and now being 75 years of age, I would be unable to function if not for this app. It remembers the things I no longer can. A big thank you to the developers for allowing me to still function in this electronic age.

I’ve used this app for years and I think it’s fantastic. I’m 70 now and without this app I’d be lost for Passwords. Please don’t go anywhere or shut down or anything like that. You’re great app.👍🏽

All passwords gone.. do not use this app.
Used this app few years and it worked ok. Then, it unexpectedly stopped working and became inactive on my I phone. After downloading the app again, all my passwords gone... all of them. There is no support and as I understand nothing can be done. Have to restore about 50 passwords. Do not use! Very very unreliable app.

I've had this app for a few years now. Loved it.

Safe
I am getting older and my memory is going. No surprise , but for ten years passwords and pins has kept me calm. By which I mean loosing or forgetting a password is easy to do and can be very painfull.
Opening password on any of my devices means finding and useing passwords is really simple and totally necessary.

App is no longer supported and I don’t know how to use the export function. Any help would be appreciated. I may be forced to write out 134 passwords by hand and re-enter them into a new keeper! His website is dead.

This app developer no longer exists. Apple should remove this app from App Store. Not even their website exists anymore, the domain is available for grabs. The information can’t be transferred to another app, you will have to transfer manually one-by-one. No customer service...anyhow, don’t download it, as you might loose all your info.

Long time user
I’ve had this app for several years. It and all my information have transferred flawlessly every time I buy a new phone. I worry about that though. What if something were to happen and I lost all my passwords? That would be equivalent to my worst day in hell.
I wish there was some way to transfer and print my information, from time to time, by way of hard copy. That would be a good paper document to keep on file somewhere.

I have used this app for more than 8 years. Reliable. The only drawback being the import export complexity. It backs up to iTunes, but so far it has never crashed on me so I cannot really comment on how that works!

Great app!
Simple and intuitive. Library of icons a nice touch. It does lock when closed or shaken. Can set a safety feature to erase data if there’s too many attempts entering the password.
WISH the keyboard would automatically open with the app, instead of having to tap the field each time I enter the password...

Doesn't pass data between devices
This app is easy to use, but it's data doesn't transfer between devices(phone and iPad have to load data separately). Plus, I just got a new phone and did a backup restore and this is the only app that didn't restore. I have 150 passwords to load manually!

Changed pw to app and it erased EVERYTHING
Without warning, i lost all my passwords. For some reason, all the titles were there but had no data. I emailed support but no response. Don't use this

Erased all data after update
Did the most recent update and it deleted everything. This is a huge inconvenience for me and makes me question the app. Should I bother using again??? Not sure.

The app itself works for storing passwords. However, if the app allows you to import images for logos, it shouldn't crash every time you do so. Extremely frustrating!

Great App
I have used this app for two years now and it is awesome. It is simple and works. Support service is immediate and effective. There are limitations such as back up of data. However I have not had to really test this. There are steps to manually do it which are not too tricky. I did use this pathway to put data into my iPad and it worked well. It did involve down loading another third party program. I understand that back up can be done through the cloud. I would recommend this app to anyone.

Passwords & Pins
Downloaded this a few years ago on my iPod. Absolutely the best app on the market, I use it every day. This is a full feature app without any annoying pop-ups, or, limitations. What you see is what you get.

It's an exercise in frustration trying to import or export your passwords to the same app on a different device.
The manual reads like you need a PhD to do it...I tried and got desperately frustrated at the first of a million steps.
Why can my other apps sync so easily, but this one is such torture?
I really don't like the idea of having all of my information in just one place, so I'll have to get another app that can sync, or import with ease, and start all over again.
Very very disappointed in this app, and all the time I'm going to have to spend switching to another one.

I used to have a blackberry before which had a simple built in password keeper which I used to like. I tried 3 to 4 password apps for iPhone but was not satisfied due to some flaw or other in their attempt to make it. Some wanting to make you pay for their online backup which anyway I was not comfortable with. All I wanted was a simple app where my data is saved on the phone itself and with an option to back up on my PC. I risked my money on this one. I am writing because I am satisfied. Very simple, very flexible and works like my mind expects it to work while in am inputting data etc. Go ahead with it. Full marks to the designer. Good job.

Lost all my passwords !
Lost all my passwords and information, 6 months or so after I got this App ! Before then I loved it. Since then it has made things miserable for me ! Really depended on this App and now extremely disappointed ! Not only do I think my money should be refunded, but think they should pay me for the anxiety of loosing critical information I entrusted them with. Got dozens of passwords to fix and hours of hassles to resolve !

Great only needs
Love the App but would like to see a way to connect or send my exported file to Google Drive/Dropbox/iCloud. This would mean the exported file is synced, it could require same PW to access the data, across devices.
