Description
Fire pump hydraulics.
Calculate pump discharge pressure and friction loss for firefighting hose lines.
Fire pump operators can use this application to help learn, understand and review friction loss calculations for fire pump operations.
Build simple or complex hose lines with multi - diameter hose, appliances and various nozzle types. Suggested pump discharge pressures and friction loss are displayed and updated live as you build and adjust your hose lines.
U.S. gallons, hose diameters in inches, hose lengths in feet and pressure is in pounds per square inch.
Create and use your own custom friction loss coefficients.

Must Have Metric
This app needs to be updated so it can switch between metric and Imperial until then i've wasted my money.

Need the metric for the Canucks. Then this would be a great APP.

Top Notch
I sell firefighting equipment and this has a lot of features to determine the actual results of all sorts of "theoretical" situations. If it could handle more of the wildland situations it would be five star. I highly recommend it.

Handy tool
Really wish I could get this app in metric. My department uses all metric. I'll bet most Canadian departments use metric. Would sell huge.

Great App!
I've used this app numerous times and it sure beats the old method for performing all calculations. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone in the fire service!

Top notch program
If you know about fire fighting hydraulics, this is a must have! Has everything that every department would use, except for any extremely specific/special nozzles. Flow through of program is logical and easy to use. Great for training and actual field hydraulics.
