I got my answers after 1 and 1/2 hour that is not good and i send one question two times but that two questions have different answer please do something about that serious problem.

The app is good you get the answers to the questions to ask but when they say 30 mins or less I don’t think so since they say they have 24:7 experts. sometimes do you get them that fast and sometimes you don’t, sometimes the questions are answered completely, and the app crashes sometimes when I try to post a questions but otherwise it is good. Edit it’s stupid how they only answer one question when there are mult questions for one graph or diagram. And how they don’t give you back your questions if they no one answered your questions.

Stole my money!!!
I only wanted to download the app to see what it has to offer. However, upon opening the app it asked me to pay for the month and used my finger print to charge my account when I tried to exit out.
I have requested a refund and have been denied. I have not even used the app, as it is no use to me.

If you are using your chegg account in laptop and downloaded this mobile app, it’s of no use. If you are logged in both the devices your account will be blocked for violating the terms of use. So basically it’s useless

Do not trust THIS APP
The monthly plan is not cheap and you don’t really get help from these “experts” that Chegg claims. A lot of answers are problematic because they are either wrong or are stolen from other experts’ wrong answers. I report so many cases like that but I get no answer back from Chegg. I’m really disappointed at this app I would give 0 stars if I can totally money scamming

Need better options.
Useful app but you are only allowed to ask 20 questions per billing period which is not helpful when you have more questions than that. Paying $23 CAD a month and won’t even give you the option to pay more for more questions.

Even though I have renewed my subscription and have paid for it, it won’t let me post new questions on there and keeps saying I can’t until my next billing cycle even though I just paid and it and should have until March 6.

I am not sure how common this issue is, but every time I search up a question, it forces me to change my password due to “unusual activity”. Every. Single. Time. It’s driving me insane, and I would love for it to stop doing this!

Not Great, Not Bad
- Don’t trust all the answers. There are so many mistakes. You cannot even comment on their answer.
+ However it is helpful to find some solved examples.
- Very often, it automatically signs you out and doesn’t let you to use the app. Then it asks you subscribe or change your password which, is so inconvenient and annoying. Sometimes does not work for a day.
- It is so difficult to unsubscribe.

My chegg account was suspended by themselves since they said the account used by others! I haven't shared my account to anybody and I just log in my account in various device! So that means I only can use it at one device by myself? What hell you develop?

If you like to pay for things for no respect get his app
I was suspended from my account for ‘suspicious activity’ the same week I had midterms. I could not contact them beyond the calling 9-5 hours that they have (you know the same time I am in class) If you like to use chegg at school and at home they will probably also suspended you because their system isn’t able to see the devices you own so it will think because its two different locations that you are sharing your password. Chegg made me create 3-5 new passwords in the span of god knows how many weeks. Then they finally decided to suspend me FOR NO REASON.

My account got deactivated wrongfully for ‘multiple use’ and when I called customer service I was told to send an email which would take 2 weeks to fix.
