New video player is the worst
Netflix somehow looked at Apple TV’s already excellent video player experience and thought, “What if we made this worse and less intuitive?”
The iPhone remote integration is now clunkier, controls feel inconsistent, and the whole thing screams “different for the sake of being different.”
People are not subscribing to Netflix because of revolutionary playback controls. They subscribe because of the content library. Stop fighting platform standards and just make the experience seamless.

I’m tired of the catchphrase titles without the #. Netflix also orders their episodes (Drive 2 Survive in particular) in reverse order for the latest season? Make it make sense. I’ve accidentally watched the season finale twice now (in different seasons, because of their lack of cueing their episodes properly. Or, help me, help you Netflix, by putting # on the episode! So frustrating. Not rocket science.

On a device I have used for YEARS it asks me every week for a new code!?!
I see the Apple TV app now has the same problem. Devices I have used for YEARS now keep asking me to update for the household. No other devices have been used, new ones are not being used.
If you want watch for 10 minutes 7 minutes are wasted as to get a new code. I think it’s time to determine if Netflix is too much of a waste of time for the price.

Extremely High Pricing; LGBTQ shove down audiences throat.
The prices have gone up in the past few years quite substantially making it the most expensive streaming platform out there. My honest opinion, depending on the type of shows you watch, look into Disney+, Crave and/or Amazon Prime as they offer similar experiences for substantially cheaper prices along with other perks that Netflix simply does not offer.
My second frustration with Netflix, is the fact that, LGBTQ content is being shoved down audiences throats in an unimaginable way. Tell me why, every single show I watch, whether it be based on “straight” love stories stretching to as far as Horror shows having LGBTQ moments? Is that why I pick a show to watch? I don’t think anyone wakes up and goes like, oh today I wanna watch 2 men or 2 woman kissing over dinner. It’s too much.
Me and my family would be discontinuing our membership with Netflix and I hope, people reading this, reflect on the fact that, companies like Netflix are simply screwing you up just because they can. They are charging you insane amount of money monthly, JUST because they can. And if you don’t take action against it, it’s only going to go up from there.

I used to record my favourite shows on Netflix, and I’d occasionally revisit my gallery to check them out. I thought my phone was the culprit, but it turns out you can’t screen record or take screenshots on Netflix. So it was inevitable that this original material would gradually be replaced with older movies that had nothing to do with NETFLIX at all. The movie poster/cover art keeps changing for the same title. It merely gives us the illusion of getting new content, when in reality it's the same old title with a new look. Airplay removed ?!
So Netflix, you quietly removed airplay in that version, without informing users. At the price I pay the 4K subscription, I don’t care about your competitive war against Apple. If you want to keep your subscribers stop using them against Apple by removing functionalities !

Good, but auto play isn’t working
I love Netflix, and I’m a huge fan of what it offers, but I don’t like the fact that I have to manually start the next episode. I miss when episodes would continue, making binge watching more enjoyable

Idea
Umm hi I had an idea, so u know when u want to watch a show or something and it wasn’t on Netflix. Well you should put up a thing where the people that has Netflix list some shows to put on it and then u will have more viewers and some shows and you look at the shows that were listed and u put some on Netflix. people want to watch instead of rewatching the same show over again be cause we don’t have Chanel’s.

Can't get past home screen
I literally can't get past the home screen! I sign in and it just stays on the home screen I've restarted uninstalled and signed in and out. I can't get it to work! Fix this now please!

Offline viewing inconsistent
I love the app when it works properly. Offline mode is a bit inconsistent. I was on a plane in airplane mode and it asked for a username and password out of the blue. When I entered my credentials it would not accept. The app became unusable until I was able to connect to a network and only then would it accept my credentials. I also had issues viewing certain videos in offline mode. They just would not play.
