Bring back the old setup!
I like the sessions. The older setup before this new update was easier to navigate - everything right on the opening screen. And app picture of the girl instead of the simple, elegant blue square isn't appealing.

It's worth the money. Especially for people with hyper active minds who have trouble sleeping.

Great sleep app
I have been using this for a few days and it's working great. In fact my husband and I both listen to it. Just wish there was a bit more music at the end. Fantastic otherwise.

Quite helpful
Once you solve the problem of earphones in bed (I just plug my iPhone into a bedside stereo) this is quite helpful for a chronic insomniac like me.
