There should be an option to switch to Canadian prices. Also I noticed they are not actually cheaper and you should check out trivago instead! Also it’s a pain to get ahold of anyone from Priceline to help! I do not recommend this app or company

Why can I go through an outside dealer trivago and get a quote in CAD currency out priceline but through the app I am not able to convert from USD to CAD. No option in settings. Very frustrating hoping that gets addressed then I might use your app more often.

They all belongs to a same holding company. Many of us has made them so huge that customer can’t do much when they (Agoda) confirmed your reservation but ended up it was not available; when you arrived the hotel property booked, when their express deal rate changed within hour (not hours) and when you told them you found out it was cheaper in another website they tell you to review and verify the “best price guaranteed” policy which they will send the link over but it never arrive and the chat ended because of no chat were received from you even though you were waiting for the link to be sent over. I later found out the policy after signing into the Priceline again on my laptop and the policy says “up until midnight the day before travel if you purchased an Express Deals but I made the booking about 15 minutes just before midnight and supposedly with additional discount with coupon but the coupon could not be accepted through my iPhone’s Priceline app and laptop version of Priceline and the customer service agent through chat said the coupon number has no problem and said discount will be automatically deducted but it never happened. All these agitating incidents happened within the last 7 days.
I have been a user of Agoda and Booking.com for many years and have made more than 100 nights of hotel bookings through them over the years. I don’t know if I can totally not use them in the future. Frustrated, Saddened & disappointed!!!

We have gone to many different cities in US and Canada, and we have always Priceline’s EXPRESS DEALS. As we are now in Mexico we decided we would take a last stop in Cancun before we head home. We looked at ALL the sites. Even went directly to hotel sites. And it never crossed my mind to see if this would work out here. So my wife suggested it and lo and behold they have express deals here too!
We got a great deal on an All-Inclusive at the Royal Solaris. And we have saved TONS! To think we were about to pay $800 per person booking with an agent, when we ended up booking a stay for $800 for all of us!

My wife booked a hotel, and supposedly, they have a few ways of making the deal. Yet with Priceline, it’s all of a gamble what hotel you get. Go figure. It might all be a little confusing using this site. I find you have as many accidents having kids as booking a hotel on accident... Priceline...supposedly the fine print or first-time users of this app will find a surprise when they get another hotel than one picked from ll the complicated tech age.

I like using Priceline for booking hotels, as they are always cheaper. The only reason I gave it a 3 was because it would be nice to show prices in different currencies. I got a pop up in the app asking for feedback and when I suggested they do this like you can on their website, the response was just use our website instead of the app.

It is very unclear that Priceline should not be used by families needing hotel rooms. Ended up with one king bed for my family, was very disappointed and the hotel and Priceline’s customer service were not helpful. There is simply no reason to wait until the very last booking page to mention that the room will only accommodate 2 adults and the bed selection will be made by the hotel, to me hiding this in the fine print at best seems incompetent on the part of Priceline or at worst seems flat out deceptive. I do not recommend this app or this company.

I have booked a room here, but this is a very misguided booking since parking costs are 62USD while I got the place from Priceline for 68USD. I am in no shape to afford these kinds of costs and I realized it within minutes of my booking and these million dollar companies were not able to assist me at all. I have spoken to both parties and they have given me regrets and no solutions. Priceline help line is a recording and their text help line is a copy paste machine. Thank you so much.
