Scanner too sensitive
It took me 30 mins to scan 10 pages because of the scanner jamming up. This is not what I paid more money for a printer. A cheap printer has a better scanner than this. Very disappointed in the so far.

Good but not really great app for what I use my Epson Eco-Tank 15000 for!
All and all this app is great for basic printing needs but for what my printer is used for it has no use to me because their are print settings and options that are available when printing off a computer of any type but missing in the mobile and tablet apps! To improve it would be nice if you could allow us to mirror prints like you can on the print options on a computer it would also be awesome if you could set colour profiles in the app! I use my printer for sublimation it has been converted to a sublimation printer! And unfortunately I don’t have access to a computer anymore due to moving out on my own in my first apartment for the first time so it’s practically useless to me right now unfortunately as I cannot mirror designs nor choose the proper colour profile setting for the sub ink I use for sublimation projects! And both of these things need to be done in order for me to make successful and proper sublimated items and shirts etc! If you guys would make it so you can do this via the mobile app I will gladly leave a 5 star review as it would save me from being forced to buy a computer just to be able to use the printer I spent around 8 hundred for and went broke for a whole 2 months for! Thank you for hearing me out and taking the time to review my review on this app!

Ok, but scanning function is too light
The app is mostly good, but the Scan function has too few parametres compared to the PC/Mac version. Would be nice for example to have higher than 300 dpi, an option to recognize, isolate, manipulate, and edit each individual photo on a page that has many of them.

Yes so printing from our phones is great, but this app has a horrible glitch where it will cancel the print job if you don’t have the app up on your screen. For those with ink jet printers know, some print jobs take forever, and you have to make sure your phone doesn’t lock the entire time.

It will not let change the settings freely.
Try something & you spend all your time on the settings constantly. It is one of the most useless programs to use.
This is the second time. The first time I lost the ability to use double sided printing. Now I can’t get it off 4x6 without spending minutes on each print sheet. I CANNOT use iPrint off of my iPad.
It’s a useless program.

This free little app is far and away superior to any of the very expensive commercial printing apps I have tried on my iPhone. Epson Print is simple and straight forward to use. I get quality prints with no error messages and my Epson printer does not hang part way through a job and lose part of the data. I highly recommend Epson Print!

I love this app. It is super easy to use. It finds the Epson printer on your wifi network and allows you to print from i. You can use print docs from your void storage easily. I printed from Google drive and it took no time at all.

Mac products a little work around
So far so good - over-all pleased.
Though I haven’t managed to set-up my 2020 Macbook yet - I think I can figure it out based on my Iphone 11. Iphone - had to use the direct and not wifi setting + I have to go into the Epson app 1st - to find the printer & then I can print.
