Great port but the controls are just too uncomfortable.

Fun classics with a galring issue
The games are all as enjoyable as when they were first released but unfortunately the cloud saving function appears to no longer work. Aside from that problem these games are a fun blast from the past and worth the price.

I loved this game in the arcade when I was a kid and I find its well built for the iPhone.. I don’t have any problems with the app and enjoy the game very much!
It’s worth $2 or so to remove the adds.. I would have paid $2 to download it anyways..

Not Golden Axe, some military sim, false ad
Once you start Golden Axe, you're forced to play some military sim with no way to exit it. Golden Axe is a bait hook for advertising garbage, so you will need to buy the game to try it. Also, this is the basic inferior Genesis port, not the superior arcade version that we all want. Lazy, greedy, Sega, what a shame.

This game is a scam
I purchased this game like a year ago for 1.99, then they took it out of store and it wouldn’t work for me, i emailed sega mobile support, they said “sorry its gone, u loose!” Then a month later it’s back on the store, but! With advertisements and now they want me to pay all over again and we all know apple is useless.

This classic is a lot of fun and was ported to iPhone perfectly, the controls are smooth and runs perfectly on my phone. I had no issues with it lagging or anything at all. I look forward to more sega ports in the future.

This game is getting slammed pretty hard by some users. I find it's just like the original that I played as a kid in the arcade back in the day. It's a little hard, but it was challenging back then too. Fun game, ignore the haters.

One of the best converted classics!
This game is fantastic! The controls are good and for the people that say they can't touch the "yes" button to continue, I gotta say that you don't need to touch it.... When it asks you if you want to continue, with the directions you go to either yes or no and then choose to continue or not by choosing the "Start" button at the TOP RIGHT! Thanks SEGA :)

Great idea...astonishingly poor execution
Golden axe is a classic. I was happy to pay to install it. The moron who decided to put the magic button less than 1/3 of an inch from your main attack button should be banned from any and all game/app design for life. The inability to cash in on your extra lives is a bummer; but casting your 4-6 pot magic blast as you are bashing away at a solo mob is brutal!!! Until they move that button, save your dollar...
