Unable to open app
There’s a little problem with this app. Like every time I open this app it automatically closes sending me back to the home screen. I so wanted to send feedbacks to the developers so that they can investigate soon.

Liked the old version better
I put in what symptoms I can but new version doesn’t have all my symptoms. I’ve seen my dentist so I know what the problem is now but webmd gave nothing close to what the issue was. I saw 2 doctors 3 dentists just for the last one to spot the issue.

It WAS great
It was really good until they updated the symptom checker, now it’s hard to find the extract symptom you’re looking for on the correct part on the body. It’s especially hard because you have to search symptoms instead of looking threw them as sometimes you didn’t realize something was a symptom until you see it in writing.

Good Application
WebMd is a very useful and informative app. As if you want to check symptoms and if you want to get the basic information about the health issue. I would surely recommend to download this app. Really helped me alot and its even good for the peer groups and children.👍🏽

This is an awful resource when checking very basic symptoms. It was missing 3 of the 4 symptoms I was experiencing. I did try a variety of different searches. I’m deleting this.

I am not a huge fan of the new update. I miss having the body option so I could just click on what hurts. I don’t know what my symptoms are called, that’s why I came to WebMD in the first place. I find this to be an ineffective update for the average person, your target audience.

Not loving the update.
I like before when you could pick where on the body your symptoms are and then they’d ask questions about them. I liked that. It should stay that way about then make it so you can also put your own stuff in if you don’t find it in the lists.

I had to take 10 pills at one time and found it difficult to work with. Plus there are medications in Canada that are not on the list. I had to combine two apps to give me the desired outcome I needed while sick.

ENOUGH with the click bait push notifications
Maybe focus less on click bait push notifications.
Instead of (6 cities have drinking water warnings click here to see if yours is one!) try (six cities have drinking water warnings, la, Chicago, New York....) and clicking brings up the article and you see all of them. The click bait has me on the verge of deleting what was a pretty good app for symptom paranoia.

"I say my WebMD because I've used this MAYO CLINIC Web site for many years when I was injured at my work..I still have Repetitive Injuries and I'm now Retired..I now see that you've changed your Inquiry System by Referencing written inquiries only and you don't get the VISUALS anymore..maybe it's ECONOMICS or maybe it's now INTELLECTUAL Property matters now..it's not the same as before..I hope this is a fair comment..Yours Truly Roger Gregoire

Medication reminders somewhat limited, but still quite good
With the recent update (version 6.2), WebMD has added push notifications about certain health-related news articles. There appears to be no way to turn these off without also disabling the medication reminder alarms. I consider these notifications of articles to be spam, and have dropped my rating to 1 star accordingly.
The medication reminders have some restrictions. Only certain US medications can be selected; there is no way to enter drugs that are not on the list. Also, this is strictly a reminder tool; it does not serve as a historical log of dosages of medications you have taken. Despite these restrictions, it's still quite useful.

Good app but all notifications are duplicated now. You can select take for something before the time is due but it will still pop up a reminder when the set time arrives.

Reminds me to take medication
Good and informative for types of drugs and helps people to make choices. However one little drawback is that it doesn't accommodate half pill dose twice daily so refills of drugs have to be reset as they run out twice as fast.

Good app but health report no longer working. Would also be nice to customize the health report with BP And Pulse but no just the graph but s list of readings more than just the last few days.

Doesn't work on Watch Series 2
Got a new Apple Watch Series 2, the app was working fine on Watch OS 3 on my older Apple Watch Sport (1st gen) but no matter what I try, I can't get it to launch on the Series 2 watch... just keeps crashing.
I've uninstalled/reinstalled on the watch several times, no luck. Ironically, the medication reminders still get pushed to the watch, but I can't open the app on the watch to mark which medications I've taken, so what's the point?
