We have used Travelocity for many years and have found it to be the best for travel prices. We always book air/hotel as a package and we have never been disappointed with the value we receive for our travel dollars. We also compare our travel dollars spent with friends at the same resorts and they have all said that their agents do not measure up to our “deals” through Travelocity. Well done Travelocity and thanks.

Booked a Condo in Nashville for March 30, had to cancel due to Coronavirus. Can’t find out if I’m receiving a credit or refund. Can’t speak to anyone!! Won’t reply to emails! Poor customer service. The automatic phone system and the app are both awful for customer service.

We booked flights to Vancouver to Inchon to Hanoi flying March 6th 2020.
Due to the health issues around the world watched our counties airports intently.
In late feb got a call from travelocity regarding a flight change , which was all ok .
So on Sunday 1st March to our suprise and chargrin we find our flight from Inchon to Hanoi cancelled ,we found this out while on the air Korea website .
We call travelocity they at first deny it, then check and concur then go on to tell us case is in the hands of the airline Air Canada . So we call AC they tell us that the case is not with when and go back to Travelocity .
We call Travelocity 6 hrs later on Monday morning , they still have no clue to cancelled flight. I ask about alternative through Taipei , agent has no clue about changing . Mumbles about an e mail which could take 48hrs.
To cut a long storie short we cancelled all travel and hotels with Travelocity and rebooked virtually the same travel but through Taipei’s airport.
As a long standing user of Travelocity they should of known these issues prior to customers finding out and have a plan b in this event .
As 1 years planning with them as gone, as we have as customers
As bookings .com got our hotels and flights and will in the future

Followed the instructions, but on payment screen there wasn’t a place to use the code. I read the instructions, and looked on each screen for an Enter Code field. Didn’t happen. Customer Service won’t redeem your account after booking, and seemed generally unhelpful. Not customer centric.
I usually use the other hotel booking site, and am now confident where I’ll go next time.

They send an answer and leave and do t give you a chance to chat back and explain things. Bunch of GD losers. Never going to use this site ever again and I used it a few times. I signed up to Travelocity with the understanding I would get a 15% off coupon Well that did not happen. The site automatically messaged me. I will probably now receive their ads non stop. I don’t understand why these sites don’t have any integrity and they just mislead their customers. In the future I would not recommend Travelocity or give them my hard earned money.

1. When sending a message regarding “flight re-schedule”, the background of rescheduling and potential impact or consequences shall be explained clearly, and ensure response available all time.
2. Ensure website Travelocity.ca is always accessible in all countries that users book the tickets and travel to.

Worst. I’ve booked a flight from AMD to YYZ. Before 4 days, they send me an email to cancel the reservation or you’ll not get refund. My parents prepare everything and at the end these guys have no solution. They didn’t even try to adjust me in some other flight on any day. Everyone here is a biggest lair and fraud. Don’t trust anyone.

They charged me a lot of money for double the price of a basic flight ticket. Even with paying lots of money, I had to pay for my 1st luggage for the roundtrip separately.

I like just about everything about this app expect a lack of booking options. People often have to travel to a destination together but travel home on different dates. Travelocity doesn’t allow these options but could do so fairly easily.
