Garbage app and garbage lock
I have had this lock for several months. When it works, it works well. When it doesn’t, we get locked out of our house.
Sometimes we open up the app and the lock has disappeared and we have no access to our house. This is an unacceptable product and the software is pure trash.
The software developers and engineers should all be fired! I mean it. Please get something else. Anything else. I’m going to try to get my money back. What a waste!!!

Not stable
This app is not stable on iPhones. It’s crashed several times in a row. Pretty terrible.

Application totalement médiocre
L’application sert seulement à créer des codes temporaires. Je créer des codes, mais ils ne sont pas reconnus par la serrure. J’ai réinitialisé deux fois la serrure en espérant que ça corrigera le problème. Le problème persiste. Très frustrant.
