Combustion’s Predictive Engine estimates exactly when your food will be done, using the data from its 8 onboard sensors (the most of any cooking thermometer!). This app allows you to set your target doneness and shows the prediction, along with the three most important temperature readings: core (internal temp), surface temp (true cooking temp), and ambient temp (the air around your food).
