Nothing works apart from few channels
I’ve tried browsing movies, but only a few load while the rest keep buffering endlessly. Same with all other live channels as well, Out of thousands, I am just able to enjoy 5-10 while reat keeps on loading. The app is almost unusable on mobile, despite having a high-speed and reliable internet connection.

So buggy I can’t believe it
For Apple TV - 1) the space doesn’t work so all you can do to effectively search is search by a single word, not by a title of several words. 2) the “No Poster Available” is not a good search result when you don’t know what movie it relates to and you have to click on it to find what movie you’ve clicked on. 3) after clicking on the incorrect movie because it had No Poster Available, and no other title and you have no idea what movie you’ve clicked on until you navigate into it, there is no option to back up to your previous level. It takes you back to the main Movie or Series screen and you have to conduct your search again. 4) the search screen covers the search results that are populating, so you can’t navigate to the result once it populates. 5) if you want to search the full movie catalogue you have to make sure you select the “All” option, because it’s defaulted to “Movies-New Releases” which won’t give you a complete result. I will be spending the next little while seeking out an alternative, but I had to put down how egregious this app is, and these are my it’s after only 20 minutes of use. ✌️
Back to add more: if you’re looking at a TV series that has many seasons, simply selecting Season 2 doesn’t mean that you’ll watch season 2. This app will take you to season 10. And Season 3 will take you to season 11. Instead, you have to choose Season 11 to watch season 2 (Criminal Minds). And don’t bother trying to watch Below Deck. The App will just kick you out 🤷♀️

Great app! Casting has been fixed. Apple TV app needs fixing still.
Needs Picture in Picture for iOS however, and background video play.
The Apple TV version needs work. Has trouble connecting when first selecting a channel. Also needs a better channel layout. The circle icons do not work well.

Very frustrating app!
Every time I try to register on Smarted Players Lite, it keeps saying “invalid user” no matter what I do. I’ve tried multiple times, different emails, even reinstalled the app — same problem every time. It’s impossible to even get started. Definitely needs fixing before anyone can actually use it.

Lost signal during US open
Loss of signal at 8:00 pm in Nova Scotia Canada, just like during Olympic Games. Not happy! Every time we try to watch NFL or F1, the signal freezes and we loose the channels. Either fix it or I will find a better IPTV provider who listenes to their valuable customers issues

The app on apple tv is really basic. Controls are not at all user friendly. Example: start watching a movie and exit at some point. No resume available... you need to start the movie from the begining and can only ffw by 10 secs increments. Ice age… tried the pro version.. not much improvement….

Not ready for prime time on Apple TV
Buggy, poor interface design, glitchy at best. Unfortunately, having said that, it’s probably one of the better IPTV apps for Apple TV. It has potential but needs considerable improvement. I would never recommend to someone with little tech savvy. Far from user friendly.
