Love the game it’s amazing but I would like to ask why I am not able to do anything when I get to the maze part. Once I enter the maze and encounter a ghost I am no longer able to move or do anything. Can someone please tell me why this happens.

Too many bugs
I have 3 different games that I can’t go any further on bc the game seems to glitch out. One of them, I can’t go thru the door to the next location, despite opening the door and doing everything else I can do in the previous areas. Another game, it didn’t give me the mask I needed to give to someone. I cut the glass to get it and I never “got” the mask in my inventory. I can’t remember what happened in the other game but it’s the same thing. Not able to progress any further due to a glitch or bug

Too many glitches
This game would be awesome if it didn’t have so many glitches. Mini games sometimes don’t load, just a black screen. Can’t finish some cases because of glitches. I’m done playing now. I’ve contacted support and they do nothing not even a reply. Definitely don’t put money into the game it’s a complete waste!

Game has Glitches in Mini Games
This is a great game and I would have given it 5 stars but I’ve been trying to get past the Snowy Peaks hand and feet mini game but regardless of the combinations used I can’t get past the last stage. Same with the Behind Dolls Eyes, can’t get paste a mini game when searching through a chest, it won’t let me move the spade piece more than once in each direction. It’s extremely frustrating since I’ve watched a walk through online wondering what I’m doing wrong and when placing on what looks like a PC it works but not on an iPhone. Please fix these glitches.

Stuck on one part. Feel like there is a part missing that would allow me to move on. Very frustrating. The rest so far has been really good but been stuck on this part for days. I like to play games but will never purchase to play. Might just delete.

I have been playing these types of games for many years and this one is one of the best ones I’ve played. A lot of these games will let you play the first part and then charge you for the second part. I love and appreciate that I’m able to play and complete this whole game and then they give you options for new games once you finish

Sometimes when you’re playing the game, there’s a glitch that you can’t open the prize, even though you have the instruments. So I’ll press on the hint button, which charges me only to do the thing I’ve already tried to do.

Stealing my money
Game crashes whenever I use rubies to skip a section. Takes the rubies and shuts down, have to reopen, then use an additional 5 rubies to pass section. As well, as needing keys to advance through the game, just making you pay for more and more rubies and coins to advance.
Will be deleting after I use up what I have already spent monies on.

Its a good game and puzzles can be quite challenging but, almost EVERY single time I pay coins or gems on a hint of skip it glitches out and kicks me out. When I return the gems or coins are spent but I didn't get hint or skip. I have lost a lot of money because of this 😡

Absolutely love the game but there are definitely some issues. I’ve lost at least 40-50 gems trying to skip mini games and it crashes, causing me to use more to skip again. I’m also confused as to why on some games, I’ll use a hint and it will just say there’s nothing to do right now.

Good but very glitchy!
I love hidden object/puzzle games so love the fact that I can play so many but have had a number of occasions where I’ve used gems/coins for hint or to skip a difficult puzzle and the game has crashed or frozen. Then I had to redo some parts and when I got back to the same part where it crashed, paid more gems to skip the puzzle just to have the game crash again! Many of the puzzles don’t include instructions either which can lead to frustration trying to figure out what is supposed to be done.
