Nice, but too many distracting rubbish
I accept the free-with-ads-pay-to -remove model. But even after shelling out to remove the ads, the bloody thing still demands your attention with an animated icon offering free points, and another demanding attention for some time-limited challenge. Sod off! I like the creative problems, but really don’t need flashing lights and wiggling “Free!” icons.

Was good until the last update. Now the bottom ad banner has SOUNDS!! SOUNDS!!
Really convenient to play chess while listening to ads. Can mute, but next ad plays with sound again! Yuck. Removed.

J’aime beaucoup cette application, je l’ai vu dans une publicité il n’y a pas beaucoup de pub c’est excellent. Les graphies se sont bien c’est 3D on se sent bien ce n’est pas bourré de pub je recommande je passe mon temps avec pour l’instant ça fait 10 minutes que je Encore eu de mauvaise expérience, ça donne des petits problèmes d’échecs. Moi j’aime les échecs en plus donc je valide

Great app for helping me learn the technique
I played chess for school and in my childhood. I fell out of the game. I wanted to return to chess but did not know how to start. Using A.I. when flying on my plane to England was the only shot I had at playing chess again, and the A.I. did not mimic a real person as the moves on medium difficulty were instant. A month ago I had a coworker ask me if I wanted to get back into chess. I told him I would like to learn the skill, and he suggested I get pocket chess. I am on level 15 at the moment, and I love that I can redo my work and see what kind of moves I can make with the type of puzzle being given. I love the app and will keep practicing as I would with an app like Duolingo for language or Wordl for word games.

Fun little puzzles, but some of them aren’t actually forced mates, the opponent could make better moves in response to your moves.

I enjoy it! It’s good for people who like chess and what to get better, but don’t enjoy playing full games on mobile. Just wish you didn’t have to pay like $7-10 to remove ads.

Not well done
This is a nice idea for a game, but unfortunately wasn’t made so well. A lot of the answers to the puzzles weren’t a correct checkmate at all
and could be easily countered.
